    The 'poop patrol'... these are the folks that use pressure sprayers to wash the poop into the nearest storm drain, correct?

    SF's storm system drains directly into the sea...

    The progressive morons who call themselves the keepers of the sanctuary city are focusing on the symptoms but ignoring the problems. The champions of the environment are washing the filth directly into the San Francisco Bay and Pacific Ocean. Disgusting on many levels.
