Tom DeLonge’s UFO research team revealed, includes government insiders
    http://www.openminds.tv/tom-delonges-ufo-research-team-revealed-includes-government-insiders/41128
Tom DeLonge's secret UFO announcement has been revealed. And, this is it, create a company of the top secret department heads and they're going to work together to get some rather black ops tech out to the public... and all it's going to take is investment, money!!!

I don't see them getting very far, Greer tried to get money to invest in this kind of research too, but demand for such up in the air tech research is low and Greer only made a few hundred thousand dollars, not the millions or billions he needed. I think this endeavor will follow a similar path.

I could be wrong. This might be exactly the "Act of God" needed to get black budget technology out to the public, like Ben Rich, of Lockheed Skunk Works fame, said.

Anyway they're looking for investors. So far today (October 11, 2017; 1:59pm) they've got:

    270
    Investors
    $148,910
    Amount Raised

    That is a promising beginning......
if they pick the correct invention and make a lot of money for these first investors that could sure help them to raise money for device number 2 and then 3 and then 4.

Something like this could be a great way to effectively and productively divert a significant portion of those 4.3 Trillion USA Petro-dollars that AboveAlpha alerted us to.

You know, despite my words doubting this will go anywhere, I have to admit if I had a spare million dollars sitting around somewhere I'd want to invest it here on Tom DeLonge's project.

Alas I don't even have $200 minimum to invest.

It looks like someone thought the same way as I did, however, because they just broke a million dollars invested (Oct. 13, 2017 2:09 EST):

    624
    Investors
    $1,297,645
    Amount Raised

I'm starting to feel like they are playing with the numbers (Oct 15, 2017, 9:48am EST):
    743
    Investors
    $355,444
    Amount Raised

How long are they going to do this for? The shorter of the three: 1. they earn 50 million, 2. they go for 1 year, 3. At the disgression of the company.

If they earn 1 million they will have annual costs of $250,000.
If they earn $50 million annual costs will be $6,500,000.

I guess if they don't earn at least $1,000,000 they will fold up and go home.

The crazy part is that you can't sell your share of stock because they won't be on any market.

Here's a word of caution regarding the SEC filing and investing in To The Stars Academy.

Yay, they broke a 1000+ donors and 1 million dollars (cross-fingers) invested.

    1,065
    Investors
    $1,823,222
    Amount Raised

At least we know they can now operate their operations at $250,000 a year even if no one else donates.

Now let's see how far they get, money wise, in their up to 50 million dollar max investment endeavor.

Yes it looks like this has become a counting thread.

You know, this is primarily an entertainment company. That's how it's categorized as. So they're going to produce science fiction novels. How boring, I don't like that. I don't see myself buying their entertainment stuff.

They were producing this stuff at a loss by the way. Back when it was "To the Stars" Sans "academy." They can't possibly be all that interesting. Some entertainment. :frown:

Did their automatic system break??? (I was suspicious that they were altering the numbers.)

Or, did some legal detail put a stop to their investment scheme and they had to refund everyone???

I doubt it is the latter given it would have been completely legal the way it was set up. Probably a glitch or a hack for I have seen nothing about it from the sources I listen to.

To be honest, the thing he has going just seems a bit weird to me. To back engineer what his experts from skunkworks seem to think drives these craft would surely cost billions. I understand him wanting to make money from films, books, media, yet this is much more than that. He wants to turn disclosure into a business. lol I don't know what to make of it really. Something just seems a bit too weird about it to me. Plus he has this idea these are evil aliens, and even wants to set off nukes high in our atmosphere to bring down the bugs, as he calls them. And yet he has quite a stellar team behind him, very credible men which makes it ever weirder. As I said, I dont know what to make of it. He seems to have been told by people within govt that ETs are what the ancients thought were gods, and that they have been here before man was, and even engineered humans using a primate, and these humans worshipped these ETs as gods. So man did not evolve naturally, but were genetically engineered. DeLong believes this. And some of the people in govt he has talked to seem to believe it as well. Sounds like some sci fi novel.
