The fastest growing demographic in the US is people of mixed racial heritage. In the absence of laws and/or social mores dividing people, this is a natural development over time.
Does it make you giddy? It's also a natural result of people who tend to be promiscuous and absent from their children's lives
When a person goes out and has sex with multiple partners and has children they don't take responsibility for. With the rise of a fatherless society we have also seen criminal activity rising. Children do best when they have a father and a mother in their life. I know "hate speech" right?
Do you think going out and being a sperm donor to lots of fatherless bastards might make the population grow?

I did offer an opinion. I clearly stated that this is inevitable over time in the absence of restrictive laws and/or social mores. The situation will vary from place to place, but every year I see more and more mixed-race couples pushing baby carriages and the classmates in my childrens' schools are to a significant degree of mixed heritage. When my grandfather was a kid it would have been scandalous for even an Irish boy and an Italian girl to get together. Can you imagine anyone giving a **** about that now?
Fatback had obviously been implying, and none too subtly, that this phenomenon was not merely due to an easing of racial taboos but because black men, and presumably he would include black women, as well, are overly promiscuous, compared to whites. I know this does not logically follow so well, since it takes one parent from each race, to make a mixed race child. I imagine, though, that he would have made his argument along the lines of the only 14% of the black population, being disproportionately represented, as compared to whites, as being a parent, of a mixed race child. Again, I realize that this is a mathematical truth, any time you are talking about interactions between a majority & a minority group: the same number of occurrences must represent a larger proportion of the smaller group. Yet, FatBack does not strike me as particularly scientific, from what I have seen, of his other analyses.
I know differently, but I could only speculate about others...I don't think I'll stick my neck out, any further, at the moment.
Crime has been declining since the 1990s, except during the Covid years, when it skyrocketed. As for mixed racial heritage, - yes, that is happening as shown in the most recent census. Not sure if the OP sees that as a problem, good thing or irrelevant. It doesn't mean anything to me.
Nice straw man.... That was sarcasm by the way. I know you're not supposed to speak of certain statistics or it automatically makes you a "racist". The simple reality is that certain races do have different standards of family. Do you have a theory why certain races tend to raise their children with absent fathers more so than others or are we not supposed to talk about things like that? I know it's easier just to scream racist at someone who brings up a topic like that instead of actually ask the difficult questions
Around me, where I live is mostly retired military or those who had a connection with the military. Civilian contractor or dependent. Mixed racial couples, me, retired army and my Thai wife. Across the road our oldest daughter married a Laotian. Next door, retired Air Force, black man married to a Korean. There’s a black man retired who worked as a civilian for the army married to a German and another white retired army man married to a black woman a bit down the road. Next door to me is a Cambodian couple. But they too have a military connection as their dad was in the Cambodian Army when the Khmer Rouge took over that country. I have a grand daughter who married a black man and another who married a Filipino. A grandson married to a Chinese gal. My old saying was we were all one race which moved out of Africa and due to the environment, climate, evolution and other factors, out of one race we became many. So it definitely seems we’re moving in the other direction, back to one race in which we all sprang.
