I am of the belief that telling people that Climate Change is NOT an issue.... is a terrible approach to combatting the highly oppressive Carbon Tax that will give great power to bureaucrats.

I believe that the best response to stopping a Carbon Tax is to get people thinking about the threat of rising ocean levels....... because a CARBON TAX WILL DO ESSENTIALLY NOTHING TO PREVENT OCEAN LEVELS FROM RISING FOR LIKE A CENTURY OR MORE!

Here is my response to climate change that I believe will fit perfectly with The Abraham Peace Accords and will turn out to be win - win - win - win - win for ninety nine point nine percent of all eight billion of us on this planet.

I am a member of the PPC but I truly do want Mr. Erin O'Toole to be Canada's next Prime Minister, but............. I would love it if P. M. O'Toole came to some sort of a win - win - win - win arrangement with Mr. Maxime Bernier!

I live in Nova Scotia and I am of the opinion that the geography of the Bay of Fundy puts us into a situation where we must think very much outside the box because it seems to me that the towns of Truro, N. S., and Moncton, N. B. may be in the position of the proverbial canary in the coal mines as far as the threat of rising ocean levels is concerned. I would love to be terribly incorrect about that but... .that is my belief as of today, November 27, 2020........

For the record... I would dearly love to be proven to be a moron when it comes to the following questions but...... as of today, November 25, 2020, I still take this idea very seriously even though quite a few people have told me that I am incorrect to be worried about this.
Residents of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick are facing a rather simple mathematical problem that forces us to take a rather dim view of a Carbon Tax.

This question is logical because the geography of Canada's Bay of Fundy produces the world's highest tides. In my part of Nova Scotia in Guysborough County there is very little funnelling of tidal waters......... so high tide is only about one to one point five meters above low tide.
In the eastern area of the Bay of Fundy high tide levels are up by ten to fifteen meters."
Every cubic meter of ocean water that is desalinated and added to the water table of Israel, California, Algeria, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Nevada, South Africa, India or any other nation with lots of desert is really good news for the owners of the real estate along the Bay of Fundy and of Anchorage Alaska that have the second most extreme tides in the world for very similar reasons.
High tide waters are funnelled by the Bay of Fundy into a more and more narrow area and on top of that......... the Bay of Fundy is over one hundred and seventy miles long so high tide water cannot fully drain back into the ocean before the next high tide waters pile on top of them.

In my opinion the following policy paper is basically "pretty good" but....... I do believe that a better approach to stabilization of the climate has been elaborated on by New Mexico biologist and coach Mr. Carl Cantrell.

Global Warming and Environment: Rejecting Alarmism and Focusing on Concrete Improvements

Issue
The Liberal government is spending billions of dollars at home and abroad to fight global warming—or “climate change” as it is now called to account for every natural weather event and its opposite.

In order to lower greenhouse gas emissions, it has imposed taxes and countless regulations, it subsidizes inefficient and costly “green technology,” and it is blocking the development of oil resources crucial to our prosperity.

It is an undisputed fact that the world’s climate has always changed and will continue to change. Until twelve thousand years ago, much of Canada was under ice, and it is thanks to natural climate change that we can live here today.

There is however no scientific consensus on the theory that CO2 produced by human activity is causing dangerous global warming today or will in the future, and that the world is facing environmental catastrophes unless these emissions are drastically reduced. Many renowned scientists continue to challenge this theory.

The policy debate about global warming is not grounded on science anymore. It has been hijacked by proponents of big government who are using crude propaganda techniques to impose their views. They publicly ridicule and harass anyone who expresses doubt. They make exaggerated claims to scare people. They even manipulate school children, getting them to pressure their parents and to demonstrate in the streets.

Facts
Climate change alarmism is based on flawed models that have consistently failed at correctly predicting the future. None of the cataclysmic predictions that have been made about the climate since the 1970s have come true. No new ice age. No steady warming in direct relation with increases in CO2 levels. No disappearance of polar ice caps. No exceptional rise in ocean levels. No abnormal increase in catastrophic weather events. No widespread crop failure and famine.

In fact, CO2 is beneficial for agriculture and there has recently been a measurable “greening” of the world in part thanks to higher levels. Despite what global warming propaganda claims, CO2 is not a pollutant. It is an essential ingredient for life on Earth and needed for plant growth.

Our Plan
Given the uncertainties over the scientific basis of global warming, and the certainties about the huge costs of measures designed to fight it, there is no compelling reason to jeopardize our prosperity with more government interventions.

A People’s Party government will:

Withdraw from the Paris Accord and abandon unrealistic greenhouse gas emission reduction targets.

Stop sending billions of dollars to developing countries to help them reduce their emissions.

Abolish the Liberal government’s carbon tax and leave it to provincial governments to adopt programs to reduce emissions if they want to.

Abolish subsidies for green technology and let private players develop profitable and efficient alternatives.

Invest in adaptation strategies if problems arise as a result of any natural climate change.

Prioritize implementing practical solutions to make Canada’s air, water and soil cleaner, including bringing clean drinking water to remote First Nations communities.

Here is the approach that Mr. Carl Cantrell believes that we should take to stabilization of the climate and I do agree with him for a number of reasons.

So how is our problem of continental drying causing global warming? It all has to do with vegetation and sunlight. When sun light hits a plant, it causes a process which we call photosynthesis where the energy from the sun light creates oxygen for us to breath, water for us to drink, and is stored as sugar for plants and animals to use. When the same sun light hits the soil, all of its energy turns into heat and is radiated back into the atmosphere, carried away by running surface water such as rain fall, is carried away to other areas by our winds, and diffuses down into the soil towards the earth's crust. All of this warms our planet increasing its average temperature.

Therefore, the less vegetation you have on the planet, the more sunlight is being turned into heat and the warmer the planet becomes. This is very critical because warmer and dryer winds dry out other land areas faster decreasing the vegetation on those land areas. Less humidity in the air also reflects less sun light back out into space so that more sun light strikes the earth and more heat is generated.

The truth is that you can do more to decrease global warming by just reducing the average temperature for the Sahara Desert by one or two degrees than if we humans completely quit using fossil fuels and returned to the cave.

So, how would you start working to resolve this problem? Easy, cool the deserts and get some vegetation growing on them as soon as possible. But the method is much more complex than that. You have to use the prevailing trade winds in relation to the deserts to get the best results as quickly as possible and it will be extremely expensive.

Then we build desalination plants along the coast near these water sheds and pipe water to the tops or ridges of the water sheds

This will do a number of things. First, it will increase the moisture in the desert soil so that it will develop water tables and water will begin to run in the streams. This water will increase the amount of vegetation in the area and decrease the amount of heat being generated by sun light cooling the watered area and all areas down wind of the watered area. As more available water evaporates, it will cool the air and reflect more sun light back out into space cooling the area even more. Cooler and more humid air will have less of a heating effect on areas down wind and will reflect more sun light back into space in those areas cooling areas we won't be watering yet. Cooler and more humid air will also have less of a warming effect on our seas and oceans.

Rain water running off of cooler soil will decrease the heating effect on our oceans and our planet crusts which will decrease catastrophic storm activities for other areas and seismic activity for the entire planet. Also, returning more ocean water to the surface and aquifers of our continents will lower the sea levels providing more usable land for us to farm and build on.

With cooler desert areas and increasing vegetation, less water will evaporate from our deserts increasing the amount of surface water even more and increasing the amount of vegetation and animal life by huge amounts because deserts currently take up more than 20% of our land surface. Populations will be able to spread out and there will be less competition for existing land areas.

This strategy has to be done in steps with the first step being to begin slowing the rate at which our global warming is increasing. We need to focus on that until we have brought it to a point to where the temperature is not increasing any more and is reasonably stable. While we are doing this, we need to come to a global consensus of just how cool we want to cool our planet down to. If we cool it down too much, we will begin to have devastatingly harsh winters in large populated areas and even cause an ice age to set in.

Then we begin cooling the planet down to a point which will be most beneficial for all countries or the planet as a whole. We need to gradually bring the temperature down because there may be a lag effect in which the planet will continue cooling after we stop increasing our efforts to cool it off more. We may even want to stop cooling the planet once or twice before we reach our targeted temperatures to see if there is a lag effect

We need to start working on this as soon as possible because, if the planet reaches a point to where it is warming faster than our technology can possibly stop or reverse this warming trend, then our planet is lost and all life will cease to exist on this planet within a relatively short period of time. We will need to start with the largest and hottest deserts because cooling them will have the greatest benefit in the least time. (Global Warming II by biologist Carl Cantrell).

The core "Conservative" voter in Canada and the USA tends to be somewhat open to the threat of rising ocean levels due to a verse in Isaiah.

Isaiah 30:26 "Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound."

The core "Conservative" voter also tends to be open to the idea of turning deserts green due to what is predicted in Isaiah chapter thirty five.

Also... there were SEVEN HUNDRED AND TEN TRILLION DOLLARS IN THE WORLDWIDE DERIVATIVES MARKETS IN 2014 according to CIA economist Mr. Jim Rickards. He expressed concern over a one hundred trillion dollar MELTDOWN in the world Derivatives markets. There were two hundred and ten trillion dollars back then in the USA Derivatives markets alone...... so ... it seems to me that a win - win - win - win mega-project that humans can generally agree on is one of the best ways to keep one part of the massive insurance industry, the Derivatives markets, strong and stable.

Sorek Desalination Plant

The Sorek sea water reverse osmosis desalination plant is able to processes 624,000 cubic meter of seawater every day. This revolutionary new plant supplies Israel with over 20% of the population’s potable water needs.

Hutchison Water, together with local Israeli partner, have successfully completed all aspects of the project from planning, design, engineering, technology, construction and operation. Through the shared entities of Engineering, Purchasing and Construction (EPC), through the operation of the concessionaire (a SPC) which obtained third parties’ financing for the project, and through the Operations and Maintenance entity, the Sorek Project has received world prominence and acclaim.
In 20014 the project was the awarded “Desalination Project of the Year” award by Global Water Intelligence.

Alleviating the severe water shortage in the region, in 2017 and 2018 the Sorek Desalination Project was able to increase its production by approximately 20% and provide 175 million cubic meters of the highest quality desalinated water annually.

Also.. the core "Conservative" voter in Canada would really like to assist President Trump to take the Abraham Peace Accord to the next logical step toward further cooperation between Israel with her Islamic neighbours as well as with the western democracies.

I actually have a theory in mind on how to pay off the national debt of Canada that is shockingly simple.... and if there are obvious flaws in my rather simple plan I will greatly appreciate it if some of you will tell me what is wrong with this proposal?

In a sentence I believe that The Bank of Canada should be used again much as it was used from 1938 to 1974 to create EIGHTEEN BILLION DOLLARS PER MONTH to pay a five hundred dollar per month, for life, UNCONDITIONAL but taxable INCOME SUPPLEMENT TO ALL CANADIAN CITIZENS AND LEGAL RESIDENTS.

Because this Basic Minimum Income will be going to all Canadians that loan should be forgiven when it is actually paid out to Canadians. This Basic Minimum Income Supplement should then be forgiven due to it benefiting all Canadians and IT IS TAXABLE SO... as it turns over in the Canadian economy three or four times it will be taxed back into the treasury........ and so almost immediately EIGHTEEN BILLION DOLLARS per month will begin to be paid first toward the deficit and soon toward our national debt!

Within a few years the Canadian economy will be OPERATING IN THE BLACK AS OPPOSED TO our being always in the RED!

Once this improvement in Canadian central banking policy is set in motion it will be obvious that the same basic principle can be applied in the USA but of course the numbers involved will be ten times higher due to the USA having nearly four hundred million citizens and legal residents whereas Canada only has about thirty eight million citizens and legal residents.

Please visualize either a series of documentary films and / or reality films in which we come up with a way to educate Canadians and Americans to this very real option that they do have. I admit that there are problems with this plan, one of which will be an Exodus from the cities to rural Canada and rural America but...... it is obvious that an unconditional but taxable Basic Minimum Income Supplement will DECREASE THE ECONOMIC PRESSURE ON WOMEN TO CHOOSE TO ABORT THEIR CHILD, THUS, in a sense will improve and increase a woman's range of choice regarding her option of giving birth to her child and also being able to afford to raise her child.

I am advocating the usage of the Bank of Canada that is owned by all Canadians to finance giving five hundred dollars per month to all thirty seven million Canadians.

It will of course mean much more to poorer Canadians than to millionaires........
but it could be surprising how many stay at home wives with cheap and stingy millionaire husbands who control the purse strings of the home may find this extra five hundred very helpful indeed.

I suspect that well over eighty percent of of Canadians will spend this money reasonably well and:
1. enrol their kids in more after school programs.....
2. begin to purchase a higher percentage of organic produce vs the cheap GMO stuff
3. purchase a newer car, SUV or half ton truck
4. do renovations to their homes
5. hire landscapers to do certain projects on their properties
6. pay down their debt loads, especially the higher interest ones
7. buy a new home rather than renting
8. buy a cottage outside the city so that they can get away for weekends
9. many will choose to move to rural Canada in order to escape relatively hectic city life
10. eat at nice restaurants more often

11. I also believe that a significant percentage of Canadian women who would have chosen to have an abortion under the present economic situation will CHOOSE to keep their babies as opposed to having an abortion!

I suspect that less than ten percent of Canadians will attempt to live off this five hundred dollars / month and simply use it to drink or smoke more.
To whatever degree this happens the worst cases where these Canadians put themselves and others in danger this can be dealt with by issuing food stamps vs a monthly check.

From what I have read.... I have serious doubts if Biden will be "President" by April 1, 2021..... but I am a red neck from the back woods of Nova Scotia...... so what would I know??????????
