“2018 will be the year of women,” CNN declared last year.
What was the greatest achievement of women in ’17 and ’18? Ask the media and they’ll tell you that it’s Hillary Clinton running on her husband’s name and losing an election before blaming it on sexism. Or the #MeToo movement’s transformation from fighting abuse to #TimesUp calls for Hollywood quotas. Or the Women’s March, whose leader was caught cheering on a Farrakhan speech in which the racist leader told black women that their husbands were fat because they were too lazy to cook.
“You lazy woman," the man whom a leftist activist behind the Women’s March praised as the greatest, ranted. "Who the hell wants a woman with a good shape and a fat behind that don’t know how to prepare no food for her husband and her children?"
There’s the media’s official feminism.

The media’s idea of a feminist heroine is Linda Sarsour. And Sarsour’s idea of feminism was protecting a sexual harasser, praising Saudi Arabia and Farrakhan. That’s also Tamika Mallory’s idea of feminism. Gina Haspel’s idea of feminism was going after the Islamic terrorists looking to realize Sarsour and Farrakhan’s idea of a perfect Islamic society where women and non-Muslims know their place.
Gina Haspel’s nomination sends a message to Islamic terrorists and their domestic collaborators. And it shows that real feminism looks nothing like the Women’s March. It looks like the new head of the CIA.

IMO, Trump's choice was perfect. It tears the cloak off the left's real definition of feminism. Gina Haspel was chosen strictly on merit. She has earned the job, not on the meaningless tautological qualification that she is a woman, but because she was and still is incredibly good at her work. She proved that a woman can excel without the help of the left and its monotonous lying narrative. A narrative that on one hand lavishes praise on women, then hands them a crutch, an excuse, and "support" that no capable woman would want or need.
The only merit the left recognizes, or wants to see, is a mindless goose stepping to the narrative. Truly talented, strong, independent women need not apply. The left wants weak, whiny, mealy mouthed victims. Haspel scares leftist men and humiliates the leftist women.
Greenfield has written a great piece. Gina Haspel deserves our support. She deserves all of our support. She's been fighting for us, now it's time we fight for her. She is a feminist par excellance. Yet the Progressive Marxist Socialist Left would never admit that or the truth.
I recently saw a retired Marine Officer state that he personally watered boarded over 100 men. Each of the men were U.S. military and it was part of their Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) training. I keep wondering why whiny Leftist Democrats have never stopped the water boarding as part of our military's training program for pilots, and Special Op's personnel? If it's considered torture why do they allow our men to undergo that treatment?

 

Love it.

We've all seen the same reaction of the Leftists whenever a real alpha woman comes along. They've tried to do this to every woman that is a true feminist and conservative. Just to mention a few that have come under their guns, Kelly Anne Conway, Sarah Sanders, Dana Loesch, Melania Trump and many others. Funny isn't it the Left loved her portrayal by Jessica Chastain in Zero Dark Thirty. Now that she has been nominated to head up the CIA by Trump, they find Gina Haspel in a different camp. I wonder if Jessica Chastain will also be flogged for this too. Her portrayal of Ms. Haspel was very well done.

If her fellow CIA employees respect her, I see no reason not to go ahead with Haspel's installation as CIA Chief.
I don't think the head of the CIA should be squeamish about getting their hands dirty.

That said - just how long will it be before she has to say "no" to one of Trump's stupid demands and her job get put on the chopping block of
Trump's thin ego.

I KNEW she was a tar babay, to be able to scream racist at Dems, and, to limit the political capital, to replace all the fired losers.

 

Taking a new job is a risk for 99.9% of people. Maybe not a high risk, but it may not work out.

She gets to make her decision, which she apparently had made, to take the risk or not.

What's really bad is when they tell you that you must take the promotion -- or the paychecks stop -- which happens quite a bit in private business.

In government they might give you an office in the basement with a sheet of plywood on horses for a desk, but the paychecks keep coming for that protected class.

 

Mr. Paul's statemnet has only one minor error. It is wrong. She was never there.

 

Too bad she's not a black dwarf lesbian that is fluent is Spanish. I may have to add 16 year old high school student protester to that list in the very near future. She would be a shoe-in. (no pun intended). Ahh, the thoughts of Janet Reno come into my head.

 

She could say she identifies as those things.

Then Trump can tweet asking why democrats hate black dwarf lesbians.

 

It looks like they are actually interested in the qualities of the person and not hyper focused on gender or race like you seem to be. A candidate is not good or bad because of their gender or race. That's not how this works.

I mentioned just a few women in positions of importance that are Conservative in ideology meanwhile the Progressive Marxist Socialist Democrats have never really been assailed or their feminist appointees been threatened with bodily harm as conservative women have been.
No one like Gloria Allred or her daughter Lisa Bloom searched out Jennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Wiley and Monica Lewinsky. These women were not paid thousands to expose Bubba. I coul d go further with people like Anthony Weiner, JFK, EFK, FDR, and LBJ. That is unless Democrats have threatened them. Whatever happened to all those women that came out of the woodwork against Roy Moore. They've all gone back under the cracks. Eh?
