Guilty on all counts.... less than 2 days to deliberate the verdict for this criminal enterprise...

Breaking news.... probably no link yet.

    Time to disband?

****, really? Can't say I'm surprised. Not seeing any links yet, but I'd assume that the individuals would be found guilty on all counts and the org itself guilty as well. Seemed like a slam dunk. Not sure how the Trump Org itself can survive without some "creative" restructuring.

Creative restructuring, like renaming the company something less criminal, like Enron or Cosa Nostra?

The funny part? I wonder how Weisselberg will be reimbursed for taking this one for the team? Probably something he'll avoid taxes on...

****, so the Org itself was found guilty on all counts? Well deserved. Weisselberg was still collecting a check from them and keeping his position during the trial, but they are going to be limited on restructuring here, so his paychecks may come to an end soon . . . as will the Org's ability to pay. Depends on how the sentencing goes, but it would take a minor miracle for the company not to be dissolved.

Wasn't talking about paychecks to Weisselberg... The fact that he got less in his paycheck than he was being salaried for was one of the causes of this case.... Trump will figure out some way to pay Alan back for his loyalty off the books... and probably from his contributors...

Michael Cohen just called this "The Death spiral for the Trump Organization".

    From his lips....

His off-the-books option may dwindle pretty quickly, depending on how the court decides. This could easily involve the dissolution of the Trump Org and freezing of any attempt to move assets from it elsewhere. I'm not the biggest Cohen fan, but he's likely correct here.

Here's a recap from this AM, well before the verdict, including a humorous exchange between the jurors and judge...

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/notes-indicate-trump-organization-tax-165522448.html

This came damn near to beating the 2022 jury verdict speed record, as I believe John Durham currently holds the top 2 spots for his 2 NG's...
