I am saying illegals with or without expired visas should be adjudicated through the courts, just like the constitution allows.
Then, you involve their employees, their aptitude and their history....and the constitution.

 

And that goes back to my first question.

Please explain to me how someone who broke our laws and took advantage of our incredible country and the benefits we have offered while living a lifestyle here that was far superior to their ones back home, took jobs from Americans and legal immigrants and felt as though they were too important and special to wait their turn in line like EVERYBODY else, should be given ANY consideration WHATSOEVER to stay in this country when there are literally tens of millions of people who did NOT disrespect our laws and our country, suffered in their country in poverty and war and crime and waited their turn in line?

I would MUCH rather have the second immigrant replace that first parasite who thought that waiting his place in line was beneath him.

 

If you go to a movie theatre and there’s a long line out the door and around the corner and it’s freezing cold outside and you’re in a drug and crime ridden neighborhood. And then a guy and a girl decide they don’t want to wait in line in the cold and crime so instead they go around the back and break in.

They’re sitting inside enjoying their drinks and eating popcorn and watching previews in the warm comfortable seats and safety of the theatre, while everyone else is outside suffering in the cold on the concrete (and may not even get in at all!). Then they get caught.

Using WHAT logic do you come to the conclusion that just because they happened to get by security and they’ve been enjoying the luxuries inside (while everybody else waited their turn, respected the rules and suffered outside) that they should STILL be allowed to stay over everyone on the outside who did what they were supposed to do?

 

The right is small minded playing off fear and total unawareness of present day existence. On one hand, the brag about a very low unemployment rate, on the other, they want to deport all illegal aliens who hold down millions of necessary jobs. Mass deportation, which is impossible to do anyway, would result in an immediate recession, the likes you have never seen. This is why we have system to deal with the problem, but one that’s overridden by the dumbest man to hold an elected office.
