So voting in person has some kind of direct effect on (or is affected by) mail-in votes cast by someone else, since you voted in person? How's that work?

November is coming. It's winter time for Democrats in America. And don't forget: vote in person.

They'll volunteer to be the one who improperly seals a precinct's ballots, thereby spoiling all of them.

Mandated to not make a profit? Is that explicit in its operational guidelines, or simply the result of unionized slugs who snivel if their naps get interrupted?

Did he chip a tooth moving the goalpost? At this rate he'll be down to bare gums by November.

The lighter your grasp on reality the easier it is to lose you in the tight corners, explaining the criminality of liberals and laziness of postal shirkers. Asking a liberal to go buy a stamp to mail a mail-in ballot has ALREADY been heard by a court and the decision is, the voter has to pay, it's not a poll tax.

Lazy liberals don't want to get off the couch and go vote in person. It's OK to mob-up and burn buildings as a group...but don'tcha dare go vote or it will positively KILL you!

Leftists are funny like that. If they had a brain, or a sense of morality, they wouldn't be liberals.

Machines designed by Democrats and ballots designed by Democrats and poll workers who were trained by Democrats...workers whose fine Democrat training led to them NOT cleaning those machines.

Democrats. Not Republicans. Hang a chad on that.

You are telling us, they're too lazy to be good citizens. They want it all and want it now but for God's sake never ask them to earn it, to serve their country instead of leech off it. Walk to the polls. Drive to the polls. Hitch-hike to the polls. But don't trust mail-in voting.

He admitted it, more than once, and he has never said he would unconditionally accept the results of the vote.

It's been all over the news.

Which tells me you've been avoiding reality in favor of fake news.

    "
President Donald Trump frankly acknowledged that he’s starving the U.S. Postal Service of money to make it harder to process an expected surge of mail-in ballots, which he worries could cost him reelection.

In an interview on Fox Business Network, Trump explicitly noted two funding provisions that Democrats are seeking in a relief package that has stalled on Capitol Hill. Without the additional money, he said, the Postal Service won’t have the resources to handle a flood of ballots from voters who are seeking to avoid polling places during the coronavirus pandemic.

“If we don’t make a deal, that means they don’t get the money,” Trump told host Maria Bartiromo on Thursday. “That means they can’t have universal mail-in voting; they just can’t have it.”

    https://apnews.com/ece1f6e9cea1b2aa0a8c6af7ca003f26

That doesn't include the damage already done, trashing 671 mail sorting machines, trashing thousands of mail boxes, killing OT pay, and firing the 23 postal execs that might oppose him.

There is a D and R vote this time. But it's democracy on the ballot, not Democrats.

Oh yeah, the R stands for Russia...

Okay, you gave a link. To the same Associated Press which openly despises Trump and writes every lede to somehow bring him disapproval. Calvin Woodard in particular hates Trump, and these two have also contributed to that anti-Trump campaign. But go ahead and use it. I'm not impressed. Unlike the left, I am willing to put on a mask and go vote in person, just as I did this month in the primary. To me this is a fake issue and libs are just freaking out because they didn't get any honey in an election year.

Blame the House. The buck starts there.

You do realize the taxpayers are not supposed to fund the USPS? Nor is the federal government supposed to fund state and local elections or dictate means and methods.

Removal of mail sorting equipment, reduction of postal service employees, elimination of overtime, delivery of mail before late truck arrivals causing mail delays. These are just a few of the changes implemented by Dirty Donald's new head of our USPS a huge contributor to the Trump campaign, with ZERO prior mail service experience. A person clearly appointed to do his masters bidding, just like Barr,Barr Black sheep.

I know but I'm criticizing the title of the post. A couple of realities as well. The USPS can handle a few million ballots without working up a sweat. They have a management issue either currently or in the past and the problem of congress raiding its revenue.

I don't support the 25 billion dollar waste either. The 25 billion isn't about corona virus. it is about subsidizing bad management and over raiding the USPS revenue. I didn't hear him admit to what you said but I won't contest it. He isn't exactly the world's best communicator. He did say yesterday that his big problem is with the subsidies for state and city governments. He said he would sign a bill without those subsidies.

We should seriously consider a law making it illegal for federal government to transfer funds to any state or local government unless it is buying something from them. They are taxing and borrowing entities themselves. It is a major source of government corruption and the loss of states' rights.

I thought the problem was Trump. It is the postmaster general. He is trying to deal with a financial problem caused by congress raiding his revenue. What would you do in his shoes.
