    It's progressive math, ROFL. :roflol:

Says the person posting on a public forum  Sorry, but you don't get to decide who replies to you or calls you out if you post nonsense.

The Trump haters should be celebrating, imagine how much the loss of SALT deductions must have hurt him, rofl. Poor Pelosi though, now she'll have to pay taxes on her multi-million dollar homes without getting a SALT deduction. We should all give her a group hug :p

Trump gave golf courses a special tax deduction

"Republican tax plan 'includes major break for golf course owners'"

Otherwise known as conservation easements, which are popular especially with environmentalists and outdoor enthusiasts because they protect the land for future generations ---- and which are "used more often by farmers and others whose land is of conservation value" according to the very same article you posted. Did you also see this line in your article? "The House version of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act currently retains the easement for golf courses, Bloomberg reported." Do you know what the word "retains" means? It's not like this was some secret new thing Trump slipped in to help his golf courses.

Your article states the Obama admin wanted to cut the conservation easement...so it apparently was already the law. Why did Dems want to cut easements for conservation purposes? Why didn't they want to preserve land for future generations?

It charges 3.95% for every donation processed. There is the conservative equivalent but of course the media only pushes ActBlue. Republicans use the Anedot platform.

If you end up getting a large refund at the end of the year, you either don't actually pay taxes or you're really dumb.

The reason New Yorkers are finally paying their "fair share", is because they can no longer take unlimited tax deductions for their state taxes.

Still not aware how this works are you? You get less back as a return because you pay less in taxes.

many in the middle class paid more in taxes under Trump new tax plan... Sad!

it is also sad that Trump may have played with the taxes withheld to make it look like people got to make more on their paychecks too, then at the end of the year learn the hard truth... why did Trump not prepare people for that - bad leadership

lot of people not gonna be happy about this, Trump supporters included as this hits the pocket book and can effect peoples lives negatively

Trump is running the government like he ran Trump University

Logic isn't your forte, is it..... Trump would also have benefited "biggly" from the conservation easement tax breaks during the Obama administration. At least Trump gave the middle class a tax break to go along with retaining the conservation easement tax break ;) (Are you in favor of conservation easements? Were you in favor of them during the Obama administration?)

Also, the conservation easement tax break has nothing to do with middle class taxes. (And while we're at it, the amount the middle class owed in taxes this year is lower for nearly all of them, and has nothing to do with the amount of their refunds. I think 99% of the people hysterical about their tax refunds have no clue how taxes and withholdings work, so you are not alone in that regard.)

Anedot charges MORE than ActBlue and it has far LESS market penetration. Furthermore Anedot refuses to reveal what it has raised for political candidates probably because it has not done anything similar to ActBlue.
