This is the first time I have taken to the idea of buying Bit Coin. Really need to study how it works how chain-blocking is or can be implemented to protect my interest. I've been investing in rare coins over stocks lately but I need not put all my eggs in one asset. It is not so much accumulating wealth as it is important to be able to liquidate if need be. I thought it was interesting Friday that Microsoft has decided that it can permanently leave their employees working at home and shrink office space. I got to thinking about that and suppose many other companies do the same thing. There goes the Commercial Real Estate Market. People will no longer have to live in the big rural areas and can basicly move anywhere as long as they have a computer and internet service. I can see a major collapse of rural city Real Estate prices. The inner city loses again as the tax base moves away. Diversifying ones outlook seems to be in store.

 

I am waiting until we move to Ontario to try to figure it out. I know of somebody there who can explain to me in minutes....... or at least in an hour or two what I would probably not be able to really understand even if I invested ten or twenty hours into the topic.

I began this topic on April 5, 2014....... and so as you can guess I am wondering if BitCoin could be the short cut to getting somethin like this accomplished.

There have been times in the past when states and Cities have tried to set up their own monetary system and it has not worked out well. Today we rely on the Federal Reserve for policy and we are tied in with IMF globally. When one buys coins from the U.S. Mint the proceeds help to reduce the National Debt. There was a time the U.S was on a Gold Standard until in 1933 they went off the Gold Standard and issued Federal Reserve Notes. Gold and Silver was confiscated from the public for paper.

 

True..... and one of the reasons is because the world banking elite know when they have a potential rival rising up and they plan how best to crush what is happening before it becomes strong.......

Unfortunately not people are listening or the news is being shut down as soon as it becomes discussed. I would not be surprised if Twitter and Facebook were not ordered by Soros to kill any accounts that promote the New York Post story on Biden and Hunter and the e-mails that have been discovered. Since when do these social giants have a right to kill a story that may or may not be true? Funny how not a word from ABC, CBS, NBC or CNN. I just heard that Dorsey of Twitter is going to be compelled to testify next week on shutting down this story. Most people are way too frightened of "the virus" to see what's going on. Fear is a powerful motivator, and totally eclipses reason and curiosity.

 

I would really love to be wrong but at this time I suspect that masks are a psychological tool to keep us relatively calm until the vaccine comes out......... .and the vaccine will earn BigPharma at least a trillion dollars....... if billions of people take the vaccine???????

What is a life worth? For some it is nothing and for others priceless. I have never had an adverse effect from a vaccination so I pay whatever. I have always invested in Bio stocks and drug companies. Not to make a fortune as more fail than succeed but to help finance the research for cures. Fact of the matter is my drug stocks are the worst performing sector in my portfolio. So if I'm losing money on the stocks why do I keep investing in them. Let me see.

1. In 1982 I broke my back and with new experimental procedures they repaired my spine. It even was written up in a medical journal.
2. In 2016 I came down with cancer and was treated with radiation and hormone therapy. (age 75)
3. In 2017 I had 4 way heart surgery. With modern medicine I haven't had any major recurrence.
4. In 2020 I had a recurrence of cancer which spread to my bones. Discovered by medical equipment that wasn't even available years ago. Radiation treatment and a restart of hormone therapy seems to have it in check. Was also put on a expensive drug from a major Pharma Company and they have waived my payments until the end of 2021.

So I have a lot to be thankful for from the miracles and research of drug companies. That isn't even counting the vaccinations against polio, mumps, measles, flu's, shingles, and the laser knowledge to remove cataracts and control glaucoma.

So what will I die from? Too much sex more than likely.

I just received a pamphlet in the mail that Nevada has issued Gold Foils for currency. From $1 to $100. These issues are in honor of the lady's of the Catholic Church. Really nice art work. Utah and now Nevada. Whos next?

 

I'm not really against that, and I do understand that the US Constitution is worthless in this day and age.

That said, under Article 1 Section 8 the states have no such power.
