Well, it wasn't a unique situation Trump found himself in. Weather he was running for POTUS or not, Trump pays women to keep their mouths shut after they were open. You are correct TRFjr, Congress has used taxpayer funds to settle lawsuits for a very long time. AND they have the gaul to hide those payment from the public.

But the problem here is that these woman were paid, and the campaign benefited from that payment. Thats a very clear rule from the FEC. I don't really think thats up for debate that they benefited from those payments
