And according to a veteran campaign lawyer Trump is correct

This is nothing but a political retaliation for the unthinkable and unforgivable act of Trump an outsider running and wining the presidency

They know they have no case against Trump. Any lawyer familiar with FEC laws that isn't a partisan hack knows it

This was a political stunt, and the goal wasn't to indict Trump on any FEC charge they have no case, but was to give the congressional dems anything no matter how absurd, no matter how much they stretch a law, no matter how big of a reach it is, they wanted to give the dems something to start impeachment proceedings

And when the Dems start the impeachment proceeding on such absurdity that any reasonable American not inflicted with Trump derangement syndrome sees it for what it is a political hit peace a stunt a conspiracy to over throw a president
It will back fire martyrizing Trump David vs Goliath Trump against the hated establishment and he will get reelected for the same reason he got elected the first time
The big middle finger to the establishment

Well, it wasn't a unique situation Trump found himself in. Weather he was running for POTUS or not, Trump pays women to keep their mouths shut after they were open. He's just acting like any other democrat who isn't faithful to their wives. From Edwards to Weiner to Clinton, Trump is just another democrat.

how many democrats and even republicans used that congressional slush fund to pay off sexual harassment allegations? Did any of those democrats or republicans file those payments with the FEC as campaign expenditures?

Well, since Trump is a moron, I guess you have to consider the source...

I know I always open an LLC and get a home equity loan when I have a simple private transaction...

    God, are you gullible, dude

This is not about the rule of law. Congressmen and women, Senators, DOJ officials and others in the gov't break the law or bend it on a regular basis. This about removing Trump from office or indicting him and throwing him in jail for winning the election and denying Hillary Clinton her chance to be President.

The FBI/DOJ/DNC/Special Council are taking part in a soft coup to destroy him.

It certainly is a smart way to do it if you can. The LLC would protect you personally. Not an uncommon practice. I set up one to run two townhouses I rent out.

That's it....none of these would be happening had Clinton won. Manafort would be free, Cohen doing what he does with his taxi company etc. If by some slim chance they would be looked at...all they would of had to do was "donate" to the Clinton Foundation.

Trump paying these 2 women is NOT criminal. One of you two is definitely gullible, and it is not @TRFjr

Run with that, my friend :)

I agree. The problem is the people with the power and how they wield it. The Special Council is way out of control and has had a single lone goal.

No I think the Clintons along with the establishment would still have gone after Trump and his associates if he lost
to send a clear message to any other outsider best you not attempt to make a run for the presidency only the establishment gets to select who the ignorant masses gets to vote for

Correct. All of this would have been swept under the carpet had Hillary won the election. Since she lost and the crimes of the Obama Administration were brought to light, the FBI/DOJ/DNC has been driving a false agenda to have a Special Council appointed to indict a man for winning the election.

Trump and his AG should have appointed an Special Council right after the election and after he took office to go after Comey and the rest of the officials who plotted to take Trump out.

You are correct TRFjr, Congress has used taxpayer funds to settle lawsuits for a very long time. AND they have the gaul to hide those payment from the public.

But the problem here is that these woman were paid, and the campaign benefited from that payment. Thats a very clear rule from the FEC. I don't really think thats up for debate that they benefited from those payments

one that no liberal would care to answer
because if they did they would be assuring that there is no case against Trump because dozens if not more would also be guilty of it

and those women that received a settlement from the slush fund were also paid and signed a NDA so their bought silence would have benefited a campaign
    there is no difference
no I take that back there is one big ass difference that slush fund money that was paid out wasn't the accused own money unlike Trump which makes it worse
