You don't know which crime Cohen is going to jail for because the judge did not say. As I said before, Cohen pleaded guilty to a non-crime in hopes of the SDNY going easy on him for other stuff.

 

It's amusing to watch Trump squeal and squirm, constantly changing his story as confessions accrue, revealed by the "best people" he has praised and hired, all "Liars!" now according to Trump.

Every Trump dastard that the Trump Justice Department Special Counsel nails should be awarded a Gift Certificate for a last meal at Red Hen.

I think the Democrats are working to make it happen again, but two times over. Do you recall how, following the impeachment proceedings and trial, Clinton's popularity and public support went through the roof? That was because Democrats and many Republicans were turned off by the very dicey impeachment by the Republican leaders who had no clue what the masses thought. Today the Democrats in power have no clue what the populace or their base thinks, so they, believing they are so smart, are barrelling hard straight for the cliff.

Of course I can handle a serious question. I knew exactly what I was posting. Evidently you should be aware that a person pleading guilty to a crime he did not commit or to a non-crime does not happen often but is not all that unusual. In Cohen's case he did do the activities he pled to, but they were not crimes. Such a guilty plea will almost always be accepted by a court.

I don't see luck having much to do with the patriotic mission of the Trump Justice Department Special Counse to oversee the previously-confirmed FBI investigation of Russian government efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election and related matters. His integrity, competence, and diligence is what insures his ongoing progress.
