Trump Claims Credit for Cancer Decline That Happened Before He Took Office https://www.cancerhealth.com/article/trump-claims-credit-cancer-decline Trump on twitter: “U.S. Cancer Death Rate Lowest In Recorded History! A lot of good news coming out of this Administration.” My opinion: How many times have we heard on here (to paraphrase): "Trump could cure cancer and they'd still hate him"? Well, look like his administration is getting close to curing cancer. Oops, except that the drop in cancer mortality happened before Trump took office. How low can Trump go bragging about things that are clearly not true? That's the second whopper in a week after claiming at Davos that "The United States is in the midst of an economic boom the likes of which the world has never seen before."
The problem is that the uninformed will lap up the constant propaganda and will actually firmly believe that Trump is making their lives better on all fronts.
It's a full-fledged cult at this point, QN ... the cult of the "poorly educated". They'd literally believe ANYTHING bone spurs told them...
Trump's tweet “U.S. Cancer Death Rate Lowest In Recorded History! A lot of good news coming out of this Administration." is actually the truth. U.S. Cancer death rate lowest in recorded history: TRUTH good news: TRUTH coming out during Trump's administration: TRUTH This article "Cancer Deaths See Biggest Decline Ever" says it right in the title. There's even a graph to back it up: https://www.cancerhealth.com/article/cancer-deaths-see-biggest-decline-ever
Sure, nobody disputes that cancer deaths are declining. It just has nothing to do with the Trump administration. Why couldn't he have just said "good news for America", instead of "good news coming out of this Administration.” ? No, he can't help himself but brag about stuff he had nothing to do with.
Are you saying this isn't good news or that it's not occurring under the Trump Administration? Saying he's taking credit is just your opinion. But why would I be surprised... Y'all are the same ones who credit obama for Trump's economy. An economy that didn't start booming until he reversed nearly every obama EO that was dragging us down.
It occurred before the Trump administration. Just like pretty much EVERY economic indicator is on the same trajectory before and after trump took office. That doesn't stop him from claiming credit. Just tell me "The United States is in the midst of an economic boom the likes of which the world has never seen before." Is that truthful or not?
Amazing how Trump can wind y'all up with a tweet as simple as this one. (Do you know, by any chance, if they've have any luck coming up with a pill to treat TDS?)
I'm sure you would have objected had Obama claimed credit for declining cancer mortality. Of course, most Trump fans now pretend that RW Obama hate never existed, but that it was a mere disagreement on policy. Revisionist history, just like everything else in GOP make believe world.
How is that not true and why are you writing in such large and bold fonts? It doesn't help make your case. So cancer is declining and the information came out of this Administration. That is accurate. The rest you just made up.
1.) Trump didn't claim credit. He said it was good news coming out of his administration ---- which is true. Post #5 breaks down precisely how Trump's tweet is entirely accurate. 2.) I voted for Obama in 2008. It was a terrible mistake, but it also shoots holes in your theory of preconceived "Obama hate". Obama earned my dislike with his divisiveness, his race-baiting, his class warfare, his lack of patriotism, his blatant dislike of everyone from white Christians to law enforcement officers, and yes, his policies. I don't care one bit that he was a black Democrat ---- he could have been a white Republican and my opinion would be the same. Race and political affiliation don't matter to me one bit. (Although Democrats as a whole are proving themselves to be so far left, unhinged, and obstructionist that I'm becoming suspicious of the whole lot of them in general.) 3.) "Revisionist history", that's funny coming from you folks who actually do want to rewrite history.
