Ask the Christian bakers and florist if homosexuals have forced them to do anything against their beliefs. The answer is yes.

That was the state, isn't that what you said?
Public accommodation existed long before gay rights were an issue, they were not newly made up laws just for homosexuals. And I'm sorry if having to make a cake is equal to being arrested in your mind. Nothing will change that.

For the record I disagree with pa laws for all groups. Involuntary servitude is unconstitutional

So again, what laws did gays make to harm you? You specifically

but the laws are religious in nature, there should be a strict separation, it's the only way we stay a free country

same with putting the ten commandments on a court house lawn, we have free speech in this country, the court house lawn is not the place to have blasphemy laws posted

Yes you can move to Iran or Saudi Arabia. Our Constitution however provides for our freedoms not other's right to restrict those freedoms other than for some compelling reason and/or evidence of provable harm.

If you want to voluntarily restrict your freedom to engage in otherwise perfectly legal activities you can. You're also able to set up a church or mosque or synagogue or, for that matter, even a library reading club where all the other members must agree to comply with the restrictions or leave the group.

Sure there are still numerous laws in effect around the country that exist almost entirely for religion based reasons but they usually fail when challenged in court.

I think those blue laws would have a tough time if ever subjected to a substantial challenge. What's the compelling state interest in being able to sell someone a bottle of whiskey on Friday but not on Sunday? It's ridiculous.

Seems "accommodation laws" is the new mantra to force Christians to bow at the altar of Baal. I think we'll be forced to make some new "accommodation laws" so the homofascists can't target hard working decent citizens trying to make a living in the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.

I agree many constitutionally protected rights have fallen, and it's because of leftist judges and new homosexual rights laws passed by leftist lawyers. Great harm is being done and the tide is changing, the pendulum is swinging back to the center. That's why the left is so upset lately. They know they're losing ground.

So you would be fine with Muslum law being etched on the highest court in the land? Religious law needs to stay in the homes of the people that believe it, not on our public legal institutions.

Also, the commandments to which you are referring are number 6-10, deemed to be non religious in nature. The "Ten Commandants" as religious principal are not found in the court of the SCOTUS.

So again, fourth time, you made the claim, what laws did gays make to harm you? You specifically

You're not agreeing with me because that isn't what I said. You'll have a hard job twisting my words so, frankly, I wouldn't bother.

your free to choose who you marry, this is a free country, people choose who they want to marry

marriage laws in this country can not discriminate based on gender or race

Like two "consenting" adult brothers (or adult sisters)?

Or a mutually consenting father and adult daughter (or mother and adult son, or father and adult son, or mother and adult daughter)?

No, like two people that aren't related to one another.
