I live by statistical analysis. All of the figures that are used to compare COVID from one country to another are mathematically invalid because the standards of collecting raw data differ from country to country. The EU, US (even counties within the US), China, Russia and other countries count their sick and dead differently, which makes comparing their numbers statistical garbage. But, on another thought, liberals think it’s OK to compare very accurate global temperature measurements of today and compare them to very rough estimates, which enables global warming hysteria. So, I guess there is nothing one can do about liberals being mathematically illiterate and spreading their versions of truth based on math that works only in their imagination.

Seven years ago I underwent a surgery and suffered severe problems (that continue to this day). The probability of the type of complications I had was less than 5%. I am STILL struggling with the complications to the point that I have to be on certain meds the rest of my life. The point is it doesn't matter that more than 95% of people do NOT have the same aftereffects if you are on the *wrong* side of the statistic. Your apparent immunity doesn't mean the virus is any less contagious or deadly for the general population. It just means you didn't catch it from close contact with someone who has tested positive.

Well, there are several possible reasons for this. Far less mobility amongst the population leading to a slower spread. Far fewer elderly people or people who are obese. Virtually no testing to record Covid as the cause of death. Better quarantining of infected areas due to previous epidemics such as ebola. Correlation does not equal causation.
