    The left wingers were freaking out about Trump not visiting troops (not sure why), but he made a surprise visit to Iraq.

    A President should not be expected to visit troops in a war zone. It's a nice gesture, sure, but their safety is of a great importance and it's a massive deal when a high-ranking leader visits your base.

    That said....how will the left wing be outraged about this?

    Let's wait and see.

    Trump pulls US troops out of Syria so they can go home to their families and quit fighting Obama's war...and Trump also surprises soldiers in Iraq.

    The US troops at the border who are not there for an armed mission in a foreign nation that we have nothing to do with? Well now I've seen it all.

    You'd rather soldiers die in Syria, than to assist border patrol with securing our very own borders.

    Its also notable that Trump helped make Iraq safe enough for him to visit with Melania.

    ISIS is kaput and thats in large part because of Trump and the military.
