Spend, I think, more money than any other group in the world, actually, in terms of lobbying and lobbying abilities. And I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the nonsense that we all have to go through—but that I go through—wouldn’t be surprised if it was from some of these industries like pharmaceuticals that we take on.”

    Word is that Primatene OTC asthma rescue inhalers that cost less than $20 before Obama took office are back on the market again in the Trump era.

    The draconian Obama era regulations banned them, forcing the price of (alternative and much less effective) rescue inhalers to skyrocket from less than $20 to over $600.

    I disagree, he is not incapacitated or medically unable to perform the duties of office.

    That said, they can invoke the 25th on legitimately any basis. In effect, it has nothing to do with medical incapacitation at all, it simply provides a way for the VP and half the cabinet to depose the President.

    The medical incapacitation thing is a guideline and is not subject to judicial review. The declaration of the VP and principal officers is all that matters, not WHY they made that declaration.

    They could invoke the 25th because Trump had Big Macs served in the White House and there would be no recourse, other than destroying the perpetrators at the next election of course.

    Back in the early 1990s they developed high speed recycling of refrigerant gases.. That is a much bigger deal than asthma inhalers.

    The lie about Primatine Mist and Obama is fairly typical.
