Totally not true! From day one, Trump stated that his attorney advised him to submit the tax return only after the audit is completed. So it's never been his position about who's right it is or who owns this or that. It's simply common sense.

The major aspect of an audit it to ensure that all the information and figures are properly & accurately accounted for. Thinking logically, Trumps's attorney advice is most appropriate.

My question to you is, why are you NOT contacting the IRS to see why it's taking so long to complete the audit. In your experience as an IRS agent, can you explain how an audit can be going on for this long? If you can prove that the Trump audit is completed, then you might have something, otherwise your points are totally wrong and way off base.
