Not true. He even made it clear that the significance is unknown. All he knows is they have more emails to look through. If that - they could be duplicates of the ones they've seen on the server.

It was probably not a good idea for him to do this unless he is trying to help Trump. I suspect his actual motivation is to avoid claims he was biased for Clinton by waiting until after election day to inform Congress, particularly since Congress had been told it was a done deal. At this point, we really don't know if there's incriminating evidence there. Even if there's more classified info that would not change their conclusions. It would have to be something that reveals criminal intent.

 

Polls are not juries presented with actual evidence in a court of law.

Hillary had nothing whatsoever to do with the emails on Abedin's laptop and none were either from Hillary or to Hillary according to all accounts.

So your bogus "guilt by association" doesn't work in America where everyone is innocent until proven guilty and everyone gets their day in court.

So you don't believe in the American justice system. You apply one standard for your man (innocent until proven guilty) but that doesn't apply to your political adversaries. OK - you cherry pick your support for the American justice system. You rely on it when it is convenient to do so. Got it.

The accusations against Clinton are not new. They are old, politically motivated, have been investigated by a Republican head of the FBI and determined not to amount to illegal activity. They are disproven.

The case against Clinton HAS been refuted - by the Republican head of the FBI. The answer to some of those questions is "yes", but the FBI has investigated and determined that there is no case for her to answer.

You - and other Trump supporters - don't like that answer, so your only explanation is that the Republican head of the FBI must have been compromised in some way. But there is no independent evidence of that whatsoever. The only "evidence" you have is that you - with an obvious political bias - would have come to a different conclusion.

There are a lot of things that can be criticised in the American justice system, but Comey is not one of them. If he were truly compromised there is NO WAY he would have written his letter to Congress last week. No way.

So - I agree with you that Trump is innocent of the sexual harassment allegations until proven guilty. But Clinton is also innocent of anything to do with her email account until proven guilty.
