Trump on CNN’s Jim Acosta: ‘If he misbehaves, we’ll throw him out’

I agree that the federal government is more entertaining than it has been at any other time in my life. Truthfully, that is all that matters to me. If I had my way I would decimate the federal government by getting rid of 2/3 of it. Since that won't happen then it is entertaining at least.

 

No he didn't. He has said repeatedly that he has no intention of ending Mueller's thing. If you were to watch more white house pressers you would know that Acosta is an attention hound that debates with the people he questions and does it rudely. That interchange was simply the proverbial straw on the camel's back. I suspect they will stop calling on him or call on him less often. It is entertaining, though, so I hope they let him do his thing more often.

 

Exactly. After reading the comments about Acosta being rude, over and over, I watched the video again. What I saw was a reporter asking a question that the president didn't like. So he made personal comments about Acosta and belittled him. Over and over again.

Yeah, he did. This guy will report details to Trump and make a farce out of our Justice system. Trump simply doesn't like penetrating questions and as I watch White House pressers, I have learned that Trump is a bull-sht artist and denigrates those who ask him penetrating questions.

 

That is not Acosta arguing with the President, it's the President answering a question with a non sequitur answers that aren't true that cause Acosta to change the questioning on the fly while pointing out to the President that his answer wasn't true.
Acosta premised his first question by not making his own statement but setting up the question with a reminder of the Presidents own previous statement.
As far as the one question and follow up, when the president takes the original question off onto another tangent that itself raises questions it makes the process different for the reporter(s). Like saying "What a stupid question". Don't like the question, attack the reporter, don't answer the question.......and look like an idiot.

President Trump famously proclaims his ability to win, and already has figured out how to turn the loss dealt him by a federal judge that he appointed into a win.

I don't care what Trump or his supporters like. It was a perfectly reasonable question, which I expect an answer to. But Trump doesn't seem to have stones to answer anything other than soft ball questions from like minded individuals. What a Nancy boy Trump is.
