Due to less than 80k voters, correct. A statistical fluke.

Why are you “sure I will be parroting them”? Do I have a past history of doing that? Can you direct me to the specific post?

I've a lot of confidence in the left leaning lemmings to parrot the talking points they're given, particularly if they are some juicy anti-Trump tidbits. After all, both you and the Chinese have a joint interest in seeing that Trump doesn't win re-election in 2020. Why would I expect you not to ally with them to get US-China trade back to it's pre-Trump status quo?

Why should you not expect me to ally with a foreign nation that I consider an enemy of the US? Because I am not a Republican, thats why.

To hell with China. Anything bad that happens now is the result of devisions made starting in the 70s. We never should have normalized relations with them, never should have done business with them and they sure as hell never should have owned the Clintons.

Your concept of fact is extremely innocent. China is a world super-power with more than a billion and a half people. Leaving a powerful country out of the equation when it comes to commerce would be like ignoring a battleship in a small pond. It's impossible. Globalization isn't anything new. Homo sapiens moved around from place to place searching for food and better living conditions. That movement has never stopped.

The IMF defines it as "the growing economic interdependence of countries worldwide through the increasing volume and variety of cross-border transactions in goods and services and of international capital flows, and also through the more rapid and widespread diffusion of technology." In simpler terms, countries are inter-dependent. Whether it's to provide aluminum to a country that has no aluminum or bananas to a country that can't grow bananas, it's all the same. To demand a stop to globalization is to demand that life as we know it should cease.

Since you've mentioned going back to the 70's, let me remind you of something you may have forgotten. Back in the 70's the US was the world leader in aerospace, electronics, steel production, biochemistry, mechanization, industrialization and mass production. We were right there, we had leverage. So, what happened? What was it that propelled China ahead of the US in technology, micro-processors, electrical and mechanical machinery? Here's what it was, it was us, the United States that essentially gave away our technology, gave away trade secrets, gave away our science and all for the mighty dollar. Our manufacturing engineers, our petro-chemical engineers, our research and development, our technology, it was all shared with China through corporate programs that send our experts to China in exchange for money or some other corporate greed profit in the way of trademarks or licenses.

Of course, with a surging population of more than a billion people, China moved ahead of the US in production and all for much, much less than any US company could compete with. We put ourselves in this position 30 - 40 years ago, China can't take all the blame, but they've been reaping the rewards of our own willingly agreement to 'globalize' and in return take from China all those electronic gadgets that Americans love so much and can't seem to live without.

China is a repressive communist regime.

    1. We should have done whatever it took to defeat the red army during their cultural revolution.

    2. We never should have done any business with them.

    3. They are the bad guys nothing we could do to them would be bad.

    4. We are in a world of hurt because of what we allowed them to become.

Simple yes. , most things are. Things only get complicated because bad people who think they are smart complicate them in order to justify things that are bad.

I guess you forgot which country supplied the "intel" for the Steele dossier.

That's why I'm confident you'll take and use any info China supplies; it's old hat by now.

"...maybe even more?" I can't imagine a Warren administration doing much else besides return to the pre-Trump status quo on trade. She may make more speeches about human rights, but the idea that she's going to go nose to nose with China on trade issues seems pretty unlikely.

you sound like imperial Japanese, rather than rational thinker. compare to some our other ally aka Saudi, CCP human freedom index record is better. Also during 70-80s, we cozy up to china in order to counter USSR, it was strategic decision, consider back then USSR was biggest threat. back then soviet had put half their force near china border, if there weren't soviet-sino split, USSR would put all their force near EU, with China put all their force near korea, then we might have WWIII already. some the Chinese weapons system during cold war were sold by US/UK. Today, we are doing same, except this time is India, use india to counter china. if you look at india human freedom index, its about the same as china, both are better than Saudi though.

No i am saying China is a communist corrupt and repressive regime and that we should have prevented the communist take over and because we didn't things are all screwed up.
communism is wrong and it's never wrong to oppose it forcefully.

Since 2015 APPLE has sold more of their phones in China than in the USA,Since 2010 GM has s0ld more of their vehicles in China than in the USA.The same is true for other American companies that have the dominant product and price point that is acceptable in their field of manufacture.China has operated their businesses as capitalist enterprises accounting for them producing more millionaires and billionaires than us in recent years. They are certainly no more corrupt than our country where we pay far more for healthcare than any other country in the world and it is far, far from being the best. Our third leading cause of death is MEDICAL MISTAKES right after heart disease and cancer.

I don't know what point you are trying to make about Bush, but there isn't anything about China on Warren's campaign website, so for someone who has a plan about everything, she doesn't seem to think China is important enough to have a plan on.

That's alright. Trump doesn't have a plan either and he is responsible.
