That is where they should apply in the first place and since 90% go back anyway it'll save some time.

Stop the semantics illegal border crossings including criminals and drugs are a "worry" and a problem and we need more control and he addresses that with his proposal. Or just give him the additional funding for the new barriers and be done with it if Democrats don't want to accept his offer. Or come up with one on their own.
