    https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/13/politics/trump-usps-funding-comments-2020-election/index.html

Trump literally said that he opposes more funding for the postal service because "they need that money in order to make the Post Office work."

People are going to vote by mail this year - in huge numbers - because there is a ****ing pandemic that is STILL killing 1,000 Americans PER ****ING DAY.

And this ****ing jack ass wants to directly undermine the election and democracy solely and exclusively because Democrats are significantly more likely to vote by mail.

Trump has nothing to do with the USPS's mismanagement. They don't need money; they need reorganization.

He literally appointed the Post Master General that immediately dismissed a bunch of deputies in a Friday Night Massacre.

And then he actively denied their request for more money to handle the significant amount of mail-in votes that will take place in 2020.

I was at Walmart the other day getting school supplies for my 8y/o. We got our supplies and just walked around with a mask and we social distances from people. So the bring up a question, if I can do that at Walmart, why can't you go to the polls and vote with a mask and social distance from people there?

Government entities always suck, no matter how much money thrown their way. Pick any government institution that has improved by more money. Ill wait...

Don't blame Trump for the young and minorities being disenfranchised by mail in voting.

Not sure we’re talking about the same thing. What will we do if they show up to vote and won’t wear a mask?

Not just because of the military people, but because of the weaponry introduced, innovated by the private sector. Government produces nothing.

You have the right to vote. How and Where you vote is up to the country/state.If they refuse to wear one, you check their ID, and bring their ballet out to them, you ensure security by sealing it, and submit it. This really isn't rocket science. So getting back to the question, why can't I wear a mask and go to the polls vote there.

Let private businesses buy the USPS, boom problem solved. There's no question its in trouble and throwing money at it hasn't helped. Question is: why does this have to be government's problem? Let UPS or FedEx or Amazon even buy them out under certain regulatory conditions and tell them that they if ever fk around we'll federalize the entire parcel delivery sector.

Why can't they start to delivery the mall? They're doing rather well delivering packages all over the world with little to know problem to 99% of the customers.

Absentee Voting or REQUESTED Vote by Mail is good. But, unrequested Vote by Mail is a disaster waiting to happen that will cast millions of Americans confidence in our elections into the sewer. It's a seriously bad idea, yet here are the Democrats pushing it, because they think they can cheat win with it.

No problems with Mail in voting huh?

LINK: 28 Million Mail-In Ballots Went Missing in Last Four Elections

Simple math shows that equals out to about 7 million votes per election cycle. That is MORE than enough to decide who wins and who doesn't. And while the USPS may be inept, I doubt that they are THAT inept.

Might have something to do with that $150 billion dollar pension pre-fund mandate Congress gave to the USPS. Wouldn't be the first time a business was allowed to lose money in one area to make it up in another.

You know what would reduce the number of Mail-In Ballots that go missing every year?

    Money.

Yet another clearly impeachable offense by this utterly corrupt and contemptible demagogue and FAKE president.

But, once again, he will get away with it because the GOP is almost entirely corrupt.

Unrequested Mail by Vote is literally the same ****ing thing as Absentee Voting or Requested Vote by Mail in terms of how someone votes after they get the ballot.
