    yep, have you?

""*** In states with evidence of community transmission, bars, restaurants, food courts, gyms, and other indoor and outdoor venues where groups of people congregate should be closed.""

First of all, those were recommendations based on the CDC guidelines.

You know, the "experts" you tell us the POTUS should listen to.

Are we past 30 days? Are states still refusing to open?

Read the first line of the document for us.

While you're at it, please show me where in the Constitution the POTUS has the enumerated power of closing bars in all states.

And the states were required to follow those guidelines developed by the CDC "experts"?

they could of choose to ignore the Presidents guidelines, some did

but even in those states the businesses still closed cause if they did not follow Trump's guidelines they could be liable in court if they were sued by an employee\Customer harmed by them not closing - hard to say you did not know the risks when the President released the guidelines to the public

I see you're grasping at straws trying to save your argument.

Please tell me what law state businesses would be breaking if they refused to follow Trump's CDC "experts" suggestions and be taken to "court".

sounds like your the one grasping at straws, this was the Trump shutdown, it was his guidelines people were following

I did not say they would be breaking a law, they would be ignoring Trump's guidelines during a national emergency, that would make them liable for harm caused by not following the President's guidelines, businesses were not willing to take that risk

You mean the CDC guidelines developed by the "experts" leftists tell us the POTUS should listen to.

Has it been longer than 30 days?

Can we sue the governors for exceeding the "Trump shutdown"?

Trump called them the "The President's CoronaVirus Guidelines for America"

what Governor's States have met Trump's re-opening guidelines that have not opened yet?

even those that have re-opened, many business are still closed as Trump's re-opening guidelines have not been met yet

But what are the rallies really intended to do? @Wildjoker5 pointed out the following to me: "Why does Trump need to keep playing up to his base? They've been supporting him for years."

Are there swing voters attending this rally? I don't think so. Democrats? Likely not. So if he already has the base in the bag, why go ahead with the rallies? It is my belief that they fuel his ego - but I'd love to hear other reasons for them.

they are not for the voters, they are to feed Trump's ego, Trump has a very fragile ego that needs fed often...

Yes but you know who developed them. I see you don't want to accept that fact though.

What re-opening guidelines? Does it not say 30 day guidelines? Are we past 30 days?

How do you meet the guidelines? Never go to a bar again?

Wo which is it? Is the virus an issue or not?
Y’all can’t seem to make up your mind — as for me wishing for death, I didn’t (your psychic powers must still be on the fritz, shame) instead I just hope y’all get what you are so desperately fighting for.

Even if there is another wave, Americans will never do these lockdowns again. We are prepared now.
