who is whining about Trump listening to experts other than republicans protesting Trump's reopening guidelines

Trump made the guidelines, he can change them if he likes, but he has not done that

republicans want to say the Trump shutdown saved millions, but at the same time blame the shutdown on Democrat Governors, while ignoring the Republican Governors that also followed his guidelines

if Trump listened to all the experts and made his choice based on that, that is fine, if he made the right or wrong choice is yet to be seen
