I don't support the death penalty, but I have said before he is guilty of capital offenses. I won't cry if he hangs, but he should be in prison for life at least. Me, eager to defend Trump. What a joke!

The trends are not hard to see. The Anglo media is full of spin and BS, and it can't be that way without journos and reporters being dishonest in huge numbers.

Trump is by far not alone in not trusting new outlets and their henchmen. Lack of trust fosters displays of disdain.

It's what they're taught. And it's what the BEST ones do. The reason is precisely because it IS quite often poisonous to some people. Like politicians who have something to hide.... And Trump has A LOT to hide. He's just bad at it. His cult doesn't care, but other people might. And I think Democrats lost the elections in no small part because journalists WEREN'T "poisonous" enough with politicians who tried to hide their REAL beliefs.

That's a very poor excuse. First of all, there is no such thing as "absolute proof". But there is credible evidence. Of the type that it would take only somebody with a cult mentality to deny. For example, that Trump is a convicted felon is easy. To prove that he has committed OTHER crimes requires more work. And yet, many of us have produced that evidence in abundance. Of curse, "the cult" will deny it. But serious posters know what I'm talking about.

You are new to this forum. So you haven't seen many of the things we have been PROVING. Again: proving means "evidence beyond a REASONABLE doubt". Unreasonable doubts are for unreasonable people. Like those who are part of a cult. We don't pay too much attention to those. We might even use more lax statements made to them that illustrate that we DON'T take them seriously But you WILL very likely find that type of evidence whenever many of us make a fundamental statement in a SERIOUS discussion. Not to be confused with an opinion, of course. But when we open a thread, you will ALWAYS see real references, quotes, links, ... The same we expect from any SERIOUS rebuttal.

Reading my sig may go a long way to clarify what I mean. But you can look up threads over the years (some of which I have opened, some others) about Trump's crimes, or about how he has tortured children... or about other serious topics like the Constitution (don't miss the 2nd A threads), the benefits of illegal immigration, or climate change, ... if you feel up to the task of participating in a SERIOUS topic, feel free to jump into the threads already opened, or open your own. But you DO need to be aware that only informed arguments are taken seriously.

 

I wonder how many abortions Trump has encouraged/inspired? He seems like the type who likes to spread his seed around recklessly.
