Yes passing the bar is more of a "can you take the hazing" sort of thing than it is a test of specialism. Its a highly generalized exam that most lawyers almost immediately flush from their system because they intend to focus on a specialism. Several specialisms fields aren't even tested. Still more are unscrupulous ambulance chasers and so will essentially say anything even if they know its wrong, so long as they conceive that it benefits them to do so.

Intellect and wisdom indeed are different. Again, in my actual practical experience as a lawyer practising civil law, most "intellectuals" lack wisdom because they do not have to exercise it day to day, at least not in the field they're now taking a dip in.

Being wiser than Donald Trump isn't saying much. My dog is wiser than Donald Trump.

I'm not inclined to give someone whose motives seem to stem from 1) I think this guy ****ed me out of my inheritance and I have an axe to grind; 2) Vehement political disagreement; 3) desire to make a buck off 1 and 2, the benefit of any doubt. Something tells me the tax and financial data is covered under the NDA while amusing family anecdotes would not be. The latter not the former has been tested.

The fact that you can see only one potential reason she might do this, and consider it to be a from a motive as pure as the driven snow, I think perhaps you are blinkered by bias.

 

Education does not equate to intelligence, or common sense. If you didn't have it before, you won't have it after.

She is a bitter wretch. If Trump is that 'dirty' as so many claim, he will hang himself. She's just trying to make a name for herself and there is no changing what a sad display it is. She found her audience, and she will play it to the hilt.

Those Cuckitol Police Officers are trying to sue Trump for 'inciting a riot'. Problem was not only did he do the exact opposite but it wasn't even a riot. Now, those indisputable facts aside, if I look.... will I see your support of such lawsuits in any of the many many threads we've had covering them?

 

I don't believe Trump would file a suit he thinks he's going to lose.

I dunno, but I doubt it.... I've said all along that it's unlikely T**** would face criminal charges for 1/6, but it was one of the most impeachable (and removable) acts in the history of the presidency, if not #1....

I would certainly root for the officers in this case however, even if I think their odds are long...

Also, that's a terrible analogy, between reporters doing their job and a defeated POTUS trying to ruin America...

Why did she have t sue him for her share of themney..... to begin with?? When will folks realize that he considers himself first and could care less about anyone else.?? Reporters claimed they were just "doing their job" when they defamed Nick Sandmann and chose to intentionally spread lies about both him and their fake war hero drum beater I cant even remember his name. Maybe if these MSM clowns would stick to the basic code of journalistic ethics and gather then validate news objectively instead of trying to craft it in ways to hurt people they hate then we wouldn't need to slap their dumbasses down now and again when they step way over the line.

It was against the papers signed during the settlement of the estate and perfectly normal and reasonable. And the NYT should be sued out the yingyang if it is true they pursued her for those documents knowing she was not allowed under the law to release them.

What if someone at your doctors office had a beef with you and released your medical records or someone at the bank release your banking records to a local paper and that paper published them? You wouldn't sue both of them?

 

And you cant swing a hypocritical Democrat at a hypocritical Democrat without hitting another hypocritical Democrat on their way to meet another hypocritical Democrat.

 

So in your country were I, having some beef with you, to get your private and confidential tax records and medical records and banking records and give them to a newspaper who my uncle owns and he published them you would have no recourse? You would not sue both of them?
