Absolutely. We have lots of common ground when it comes to those who are a danger to others. Allowing abuse of power by our justice system makes them dangerous. Would society be better off if Hillary were in prison?

The question is not whether or not she is guilty; it is whether we should give her opposition the power to make her guilty. Do you trust our government with that kind of power?

You throw that word "innocent" around like a warden in a women's prison with a fist full of pardons. What's your motive? :roflol:

I don’t even know what that means. WhT does make her guilty suggest? No defense? No jury trial?

Every American commits federal crimes on a daily basis. Guilt is already there. The only question is who the target will be. Some support this abuse of power when it is used against those they oppose. Is this a good idea? My position is, no.

So we should stop investigating crime?

Do you think our concept of rule of law is a failure and should be dumped?

I disagree. Do you really think a line on a tax return is going to say "corruption, x dollars"

The only reason people want knowledge of the financial position of politicians is to be nosey and try to find something to fuel their opposition.

What is the GOP doing about this? What are their policy goals to streamline the legal code? I'm not hearing anything from them or Trump about this. I will give credit to Trump for some mild criminal justice reform.

I think he is smart president with regards to this matter. He showed you his 100 page financial disclosure form go show me something in it that points to illegal activity.

"The IRS simultaneously did its own audit of Nixon and came to a similar finding, determining he owed $432,787."

Trump gets audited every year, has the IRS ever fined him or found anything illegal? And as noted Nixon called for the investigation and voluntarily gave his tax return to the JCT, he could have just requested the IRS to infact audit his return, they would have found it and he would have paid it.

Huh, you have to put where you got the money from in your taxes. Especially if you itemize. Tax’s are the glossary to the book of finances for every person

No hell no you do not. Where did you invent this from?:roflol: If you have corporations, partnerships, LLC's, sole proprietorships, etc.......you claim the income earned on each respective type of legal entity. The IRS matches 1099's (or W-2's for earned income employees) to the return to see if they match. Only if you report LESS than the matching 1099's report is there a problem, unless it's a random audit (which rich people get almost annually.....if you want to catch fish, go where the fish are).

What the hell does itemizing expenses:roflol: have to do with where your income sources are? I do believe you've exceeded your pay grade here.
