Damn....If this statement doesn't say it all about how clueless some Trump supporters are. Trump picked the man for the job and then ask him why he wants the job and then tell him not to take the job??? Y'all Trump supporters are a riot.

Being the president's physician is not a political appointment. Things that would be embarrassing to a political appointee might not matter at all to someone who is not a political appointee.

The only reason Trump would stand behind Jackson is so he can stab Jackson in the back like he just did in front of millions. A true leader would not do such a thing. What a ****** bag.

To do it publicly in front of millions is a sign of a jack @$$ undeserved of respect.

Every nominee go through extreme grilling by the other party. If Jackson can't stand the heat of answering simple questions, or "attacks", he is completely unfit to be in charge of ANYTHING.

Perhaps he knew his audience. He knew that Obama expected him to report the truth, and knew that Trump wanted something that was flattering for Trump. And prepared his reports accordingly, within some limits.

So what, he may have been a great physician but my biggest negative about this is that he does not have the background in. Again a large organization suchbas the VA.

Trump's vow to select "the best people" for his administration is, demonstrably, as big a lie as his most celebrated whoppers.

It is his own inability to identify "the best people" and his incompetence in instituting proper vetting practices that has resulted in the signature instability of Trumpery and the consequent chaos in the White House. It has become a daily Groundhog Day déjà vu Bowling Green Massacre in Trump®World.

If reports are true that he has been furtively evading "Day Care Kelly" to conspire with his bum kissers in secret phone calls, it will only get worse.

The fake's body count of rejects may soon provide enough material to construct a human "big, beautiful wall."

Have you even looked at Admiral Jackson's c/v?

The allegations hoisted to date have to do with personal atrubutes, sketchy professional conduct and being drunk on duty. Seems there hit right on your 'might be a great physician' up vote and have nothing to do with large group management.

Whence all this comes is a 2012 IG report on the Whitehouse medical office pointing to conflict between Admiral Jackson and his predecessor. DR. Jackson's medical qualifications, his professional practices nor personal alcohol use are part of the report. The drug dispensing and alcohol use have no factual basis.

First off , as usual, you utterly fail to backup your madeup bullshit claim.

ONCE AGAIN, please explain how Pres.Trum's statement = "throwing Jackson under the bus."

It was Obama who had Jackson promoted to Rear Admiral.

So there is resistance to a Trump nominee. This isn’t new. Did you expect reporting in a positive nature from the MSM? He was praised by Obama for among other things his leadership. I personally don’t know much about the man but based on what I do know, I don’t know if he has the needed experience to do the job and I don’t know how he was vetted but I will resist parroting MSM media talking points without proof of their claims.

While simultaneously saying that he does not think he should continue running for the position.

More bullshit. He said no such thing. Keep on making up whatever you need to pretend it true.
Still waiting for your explanation of how Trump "threw Jackson under the bus."

We all know how that will go, don't we?

You are free to look at the assertion that Trump does not think he should run for the position as not throwing him under the bus. Hell, believe that the moon is made of cheese for all I give two shits.

Obama did not nominate him to a cabinet position. So, hopefully, today you learned that "rear admiral" and head of the VA are not the same.

Are you seriously trying to deny that Trump said that he did not think Jackson should keep running for the position?

He said no such thing. Why keep lying?

    The President said THIS:

Pres.Trump repeatedly said the choice to withdraw was Navy Rear Adm. Ronny Jackson’s, but he also questioned why he would want to go forward and take the "abuse" from politicians. “It’s totally his decision, he’ll be making a decision,” Trump said when asked about the nomination of Jackson, who is the White House physician to the president. The president said he told Jackson “this is a vicious group of people that malign. What do you need this for? … You’re too fine a person.” adding. "If I were him, I wouldn't do it,” Trump said.

FOR THE FOURTH TIME, please explain how that = "throwing Jackson under the bus".

Quotes are always best, in futile attempts to educate...

    SNIP
"I told Admiral Jackson just a little while ago, what do you need this for? This is a vicious group of people," said Trump. "What do you need it for?" He added: "If I were him, I wouldn't do it." If that's not an invitation to walk away, I don't know what is.
