The people making this about gun control are the ones making it a "political issue". Don't forget that. The means to save those kids' lives were all available; the school just had to take advantage of them. The decision not to is criminal IMHO; if proper security measures had been in place at that school those kids wouldn't have died. But, a bunch of sheeple rend their tunics and gnash their teeth and scream for gun control after innocent children die because proper security measures were not implemented.
