    Good. I agree.
And if states come together, good also. Keep the feds out, especially if they want to do so by force.

Of course allowing illegals and dead people to vote would be a crime. Exactly what "sensitive security information" is on your voter registration card?

I have no doubt nothing will change your fallacious disposition towards this bipartisan commission.

Define significant fraud and do you think the only elections we hold are every four years for the electors to the EC?

Well then you should think this is good then this is several states and election experts.

I'm still waiting to hear the basis of these claims this is all about Trump engaging in something nefarious.

the commission will collect data, and what is Trump going to do with it? Prove that he won the popular vote? Waste of taxpayer money.

Trump's history of questionable business practices raises a red flag. Have you ever had a business and tried to do business with a person like Trump? If so, maybe you would have a different prospective.

This has nothing to do with his past business practices, he is not heading the commission, the commission members do not work for him. These are all just red herrings and yes I have had a business and have worked with business people at all levels.

What could he do with it that upsets you so even though he is not getting the public data that has been requested this commission is getting it? And show me where proving he won the so-called popular vote, there is no popular vote for the President or Vice-President, is one of the goals of the commission which is composed of both Republicans AND Democrats?

Then you know that that are certain business people that you want nothing to do with.

You're the one making the allegations not me. What is the premise of these allegations, how could Trump, even if he got the data use it nefariously? You DO realize the political parties along with LOTS of other people routinely get this data from the states? His campaign I have no doubt had such data especially in key battleground states, it is how they target their campaign spending and activities.

I am sure that he can get the necessary info from another source.

Why not this source, it is state data that is available anyone if they pay the nominal fee. And again to what nefarious purpose are you alleging Trump could use the information? You do realize that any findings or determinations or recommendations of the commission will also be public?

Because I don't trust him, and neither do the governors of those states. He wants more info than is necessary for his purpose,
and why a commission? What he needs is in the public record, and that is why I wonder what he wants with this additional info.

He's not going to do anything with it, the commission is.

Who says it is more than necessary for the COMMISSION? You seem to be under the fallacious impression Trump is sitting in his office and has asked all the states to send HIM the information, information which is publically available.

Tell on what grounds are the states LEGALLY refusing to provide PUBLICLY AVAILABLE information?

How many times does it have to be repeated to you the request for information was ONLY for what is public record? Why do you keep fallaciously posting otherwise?

And again what nefarious purpose are you claiming it could be used for?

He wants last 4 digits of soc number, which could expose us to id theft, who we voted for in the last election, etc. Let him sue the states at more taxpayer expense and go from there. And who knows "what the hell is going on" in Trumps office, and hopefully we will
    find out.

The commission requested it why do you keep falsely asserting Trump asked for this public information and you do know that your SSN, you ENTIRE SSN is ALL OVER the government Trump wouldn't have to go to the states to get yours if he wanted it. And your last 4 digits are not secret and can't be used to steal your identity you need the whole number. That being said some states do not attach them to the voter information and the commission SPECIFICALLY stated that information that is NOT PUBLIC is not part of the request.

So why do you keep painting the whole thing falsely?

And again what is this nefarious action he are insinuating he is going to take with the information even if he did get it?

Trump's history indicates to me that he has an ulterior motive. The election is over, and this is another unnecessary expense.
If all this info is readily available, then he should go for it. He wants to prove that he won the popular vote, and this strikes
me as being a psychological problem rather than a good idea.

This maybe true, but it wouldn't hurt anyone to know how many illegals, dead people and double votes took place. It wouldn't hurt anyone to know this stuff.
