Washington (CNN)The notifications began hitting phones just after sunrise.

8:06 a.m.: "Pocahontas (the bad version), sometimes referred to as Elizabeth Warren, is getting slammed."

Ten minutes later, more: "Now that her claims of being of Indian heritage have turned out to be a scam and a lie, Elizabeth Warren should apologize."

Another eight minutes, this: "Thank you to the Cherokee Nation for revealing that Elizabeth Warren, sometimes referred to as Pocahontas, is a complete and total Fraud!"

President Donald Trump, with an empty public schedule and a litany of festering grievances, spent Tuesday unleashing fresh vitriol at his enemies over Twitter. His targets began with Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who this week released a DNA test seeking to rebut Trump's insults about her claims of Native American heritage. But he soon moved on, griping about the porn actress who alleged to have spent the night with him, fake news, the Russia "witch hunt."

For Trump, the practice of insulting people on Twitter now seems as routine as signing a proclamation for National School Lunch Week (as he did on Friday) or phoning embattled world leaders (he conferred for 20 minutes with Saudi King Salman on Monday). But the latest string was marked by its spite against women who have challenged him, including a cruel jab at the adult film actress who says she had a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006.

"Now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas," Trump tweeted, delighting in a judge's decision on Monday to dismiss a defamation lawsuit brought by porn actress Stormy Daniels. "She will confirm the letter she signed! She knows nothing about me, a total con!"

Get lost, you bloated moron. You are not a president. You aren't fit to manage a Wendy's restaurant, let alone govern this nation.

Trump supporters are focused on what they see as his wins and accomplishments for the country...they say that's why they voted for him. And I won't argue or debate that. But surely, they can't be proud of a POTUS who spends so much of his time calling people names and doubling down on petty wars of words with others.

 

Can't control him. And at that, if we see it as observing a child's fight, both children are petty. In Avenatti's case, he had access to Cohen files that he shouldn't have had access to. He should be in jail right now.

Lemme see here...you call him names, but that's OK, it just that he can't do it even though you and the media can.

 

Well...and I'm just spit-balling here......isn't the POTUS supposed to be held to the Highest Standard? Like, higher then him, you or the media? He's the one who is supposed to set the standard, not see how far he can push it down.

Ever heard of, 'if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all?' Avenatti/Daniels put themselves in that position, they should be ready to take the heat. When news media jumps at the first story they get, and don't bother to vouch for it, they deserve to be called fake news.

 

You guys hated him the moment he came down the escalator and said no more refugees, no more political correctness, and we're gonna build a wall. Trump is Trump, I don't like the way he goes about on twitter, but it works for him. He's the president and likely will be for six more years. I hope y'all aren't this riled the whole time.

I may have insulted people you consider smarter than us both, but there is ZERO chance I'm insulting half the country if I'm referring to his base... The truly intelligent people who support him are the VERY small percentage cleaning up financially from his wealth redistribution plan (You might know that euphemistically as the Tax Cuts)

However, I do consider anybody who still supports this man after 20 months of his presidency of extremely low moral and ethical quality...If there's still enough of those people around in 2020, so be it.... but it doesn't change their nature...

 

If it bothers you so much why not un-follow him on Twitter? Sounds pretty easy to me. A hell of a lot easier than bellowing your day away here going on about him.
