Well there you go. I did repost the citation of the NEW YORK TIMES earlier.
    Here's a screenshot of that!
    Screenshot_20200915-163724.jpg
The Trump organization was not found guilty of running an illegal charity, nor did it pay 2 million dollars. That was money already in assets in the Trump Charity Foundation.

This is so dumb! They weren't FOUND GUILTY OF ANYTHING! They reached a settlement! IT SAYS SO IN YOUR OWN CITATION!
FORCED TO PAY TWO MILLION DOLLARS?

THE MONEY WAS THE ASSETS IN THE CHARITY THAT WAS INTENDED FOR OTHER CHARITIES AS HAD BEEN IT'S PRACTICE FOR YEARS. MONEY THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED YEARS EARLIER BUT FOR THE INTERFERENCE OF THE PROSECUTOR WHO DIDN'T LET THEM CLOSE DOWN THE CHARITY! FORCED TO PAY? WHAT A CLOWN SHOW JOKE!

Wrong. The $2 million was not Foundation assets - it was the amount he was ordered to pay. Foundation assets were $1.7 million. He was ordered to pay the total $3.7 million to the eight charities, which you listed previously.

And all because he donated one million dollars to military charities and raised another five million dollars for military charities. And he's a billionaire. Like he cares.

If you read the offenses detailed in the court documents - which he stipulated to - you'll have a much more accurate understanding of what exactly he did wrong.

I know what they are accused of, but it was a civil judgement, not a criminal one. People stipulate to bs just to say yeah whatever and close it out. Yeah, whatever, it's still bs but now shut the heck up so we can move on. That's what it amounts to. That's all it means. But the explanation of what happened has been explained truthfully by me if you would bother to read the dang thread.

I also have to add once again, okay so I can admit when I'm wrong. 2 million dollars, 1.7 million dollars, yada yada, and then hey wait, c'mon man! He is a freaking billionaire! WHY do you guys keep forgetting that? I bet he laughed writing the check. I would be like me or you writing a check for 25¢.

That might be so where there's a degree of speculation. In this case, the offenses are irrefutable black-and-white financial transactions. Hence, no option but to stipulate.

As I said, you'll find details of each and every one of these transactions in the court documents, for a more accurate understanding of "what happened".

Which irrefutable black and white financial transaction did they find offensive?

This is the point. Y'all throw out unspecified allegations without any proof and I'm supposed to defend against allegations that are unspecified? I would like very much to refute that which is irrefutable.

Actually, I just spent the last couple of hours doing just that. Why don't you just read the thread. It has the answers and can clear up those misconceptions you have because of the media's fascist smear tactics.

His tax returns are NONE of your business, he's not required to show them. The IRS is the most efficient collection agency in the world. If Trump did anything wrong, they would catch him. You simply want a fishing expedition.......denied!

I have read the thread. I have also read the court documents detailing the offenses.

They are not "unspecified" allegations. They are specified, in great detail, in the court documents.

They are not "without any proof". They are documented transactions. As such, it's not possible to refute the fact that they occurred.

If you think your defenses are ineffective because I haven't read the thread, you're mistaken. I have read the thread, and they're ineffective because they don't address the actual facts of the case.

Well why don't you specifically list these "transactions"? Is this a ceimimal case or just a civil case? What was the nature of transactions and why were they illegal? What laws are violated? Unless you can list them then fagetaboutit.

Why have you been arguing against the case if you haven't even read the case?

As I've explained several times, it details all the transactions as well as why they are illegal and according to which laws.

In short, if you'd read it, you wouldn't need to ask any of these questions.

You'd also notice how long it is, and thus how utterly inappropriate it is to expect someone else to precis it all for you, it being way too long to copy and paste, when you can simply go read it - in full detail - for yourself.

Are you not able to find it? Or haven't you tried?

I didn't claim they are MY business.

I pointed out that they ARE the business congress and the courts.

Why can't you just say? I'm not here to do homework assigned to me by every liberal poster. Why don't you read War and Peace and then come talk to me later?

You want to claim it's false AND you want to not look at the evidence.

    You just DQ'd yourself.

What evidence? I can't look at evidence I haven't seen. I can't look at evidence that hasn't been quoted or screenshot or anything. So far all the evidence I've seen I debunked.

Then why did he settle his misappropriations and close his charitable foundation under court order?

If you read the thread you would see that his intention was to close the charity if elected.

The court stopped him from closing the charity, then sued him, then ordered it closed which is what he wanted to do from the start. That was according to the NYT article that I posted.

    There was no misappropriation.
