The point is that there have been significant time periods over the last year or more where the FEC has not had a quorum.

And, you have NOT addressed that fact. This is NOT about the last month or whatever, and I've made that crystal clear.

A billionaire needs to steal $58 million to pay for legal fees? That's pocket change. I call BS.

The Tangerine Turd is no billionaire. That's one of the reasons he is so desperately trying to keep his taxes from becoming public.

Again, he's a billionaire. He doesn't need to take other people's money. That's just stupid.

He's not a billionaire. He's a lifelong grifter who convinces gullible fools he is a great businessman.

Me might be a billionaire. That's all based on self-reporting, and he's openly admitted that he feels perfectly justified to lie about the numbers when he's self-reporting. And he's taken a lot of other people's money. He's stolen from charity, he's funneled taxpayer dollars to his businesses, he's run con games, etc.

This is an estimate based largely on self-reporting, and he's proven willing to lie in his self-reporting in order to boost his position on such lists.

It's not my experience that wealthy people don't misappropriate funds.

Besides, this particular individual has a well documented history of misappropriating funds of lesser amounts.

That's why he had his charitable foundation closed by court order.

Do you ever get tired of falsely labelling basic critical thinking and observation of facts as "fascist smear tactics." If you think facts and critical thinking are "fascist," then it is time to do some soul-searching.

Did he have his charity closed by the court? Please explain the circumstances regarding this charity and why it was taken into court, and what happened. Show me how he ended up with the money in his pocket.

I know the truth of this accusation. I know the root of it. Most democrats are uninformed but are quick to toss out the smear.

The Mar-a-lago case caused Trump's charitable foundation to be terminated by court order.

And, the reason was misappropriation of funds.

He used charitable donations to buy a picture of himself for personal use

He stole money from his charity to pay his legal fees. His charity was shut down for it and the board is forbidden from running any kind of charity in NY for the foreseeable future. The money went to his legal fees. He doesn't deny this. His family doesn't deny this. This is wrong. Any remotely ethical adult should be able to see that.
