There are around 15-18 states (so far) where multiple counties are working on a secessionist movement. IOW, you may "win" but you'll play hell "ruling". FACT is that Joe Biden won 81.3 million votes. Loser Donald Trump won 74.2 million votes, ergo Biden won in the NPV by +7.1 million votes.
