Your bad. He explains clearly why everything you've posted is wrong. In short, there will be no finding of obstruction of justice or collusion. Since you should already be aware of his views, show some initiative and look it up yourself.

Dershowitz doesn't know what the crime is "YET"? By you saying "there will be no finding of obstruction of justice or collusion" isn't what Dershowitz said. He said he has yet to find a crime. He never said there wasn't a crime. In the case of the money trail, he said yes. That is criminal if found to be proven.

 

However, whether it is proven that Trump colluded or not, even though collusion actually already has been proven, whatever crime may or may not be found, Trump may not be impeached, because of a corrupt Congress. What he will be though, is damaged goods. His behavior, his lies, his corruption, will set the foundation for his remaining time in office as being the worst president in U.S. history. That will be his legacy.

Watch Tucker Carlson interview Dershowitz. He says specifically, that in the end, Mueller will find no crime. Remember that Dershowitz was a strong Hillary supporter, and has probably forgot more about the law than most attorney's know.

We know Trump has taken out loans from Russia (=mafia). He's compromised, and they may very well have leverage over him because of this. That's more than ample reason by itself, but a corrupt (GOP) Congress is a real concern. This is not and should not be made into a partisan issue. Trump is bad for the whole country and we should all be in favor of removing him from office for the good of the country.

 

I suspect that is exactly why Kushner, Flynn, and Kislyak had that secret meeting at Trump Tower to try and set up a secure back channel of communication that skirted our own intelligence. They need that back channel to the Kremlin for all the loans, money laundering, and other deals they have cut with the Russians to remain hidden.
