Trump will reign before his first year is over
Trump will be impeached and removed from office before his first term ends because Russia
Trump will agree to resign if he and his family are spared jail time

There is one scenario however where he might not leave. It's tradition on inauguration day that the former president flies off in the helicopter when the president elect is sworn in. Well there is every chance Joe Biden forgets to be there and never shows up.
