    Yes.

    As for guest workers, we need to be fair with America labor by limiting to cases for which there are serious arguments.

    And, for those we allow to work here, we should want those who are ready to invest in America - not those who want to grab the money and run back home.


    I really don't see any serious argument that says we desperately need more wine. So, why would our government decide that is a case where we should be willing to depress labor prices.

    How do you know that the winery hasnt tried to hire Americans?

    I know several companies that are desperate for workers and even willing to train people with no skills, yet still cant fill jobs.

    Just FYI.

    The Labor Department, the winery filed the application with, requires the winery to prove that the winery tried to hire Americans and that the winery will pay the prevailing wage determined by Labor Department, but not by the winery.

    This is the law the winery has been following.

    Another law is that the base of the DP has not been taking any job for generations.

    And another law is that the DP and its base has no regards for any laws, whether legal or moral or ethical.

    Just FYI.

    No-one is saying this is illegal.
    It is hypocritical for the President to have campaigned on a "hire American" policy, to have named and shamed companies that were planning not to hire American (when they were considering moving production abroad) and then to stay silent when his son chooses not to hire American.

    Where is the tweet from President Trump? Here, I will even write it for him:
    "Just learned that Trump Winery plans to hire foreign guest workers this summer. NOT GOOD! Hire some hard working AMERICANS! MAGA!"

    I am focussing on the president's hypocrisy. You just try to deflect away from that.
