    Obama has committed a felony!

    Former CIA officer Col. Tony Shaffer said the basics of President Trump's claim to have been "wiretapped" are likely true, and that the incident is "worse than Watergate." Noting it has been exactly two weeks since Trump tweeted that President Obama wiretapped his namesake tower, Shaffer said the "basic fundamental idea and claim is true." He said that Trump was not physically wiretapped, with a wire into his phone, and it may not have physically been Trump Tower, but his campaign apparatus instead. Shaffer said that due to the simplicity required to "mask" an American's name during an incidental wiretap, that the leak of Gen. Michael Flynn's name was "accidental on purpose."

    Even if the surveillance was done legally, the "unmasking" of Americans' names and the leaking of the information are felonies.

    Fox News. No big suprise.
    They are more upset about the "leaking", then they are concerned about Trump's collusion with the Russians to steal the election.

    I could be wrong. But I don't think that unmasking is a crime. That's what must be done(unmask) if the conduct of the masked American is suspicious. There should be a record of why and who ordered the unmask. If there was no just cause to unmask, then I think that would be a crime.

    ..but nobody will pursue it and the media will never report it so it will amount to nothing.. What is truly is is meaningless.

    That's the newest Trumpian work horse, the other ones having been beaten dead into the mud. This one will die, soon enough too, until it's down to "gubbermint agencies spied on Trump's Russian acquaintances, no matter if Obama knew it or not", where it shall finally make consensus.

    It's just quite long getting there.

    What WILL make Watergate look insignificant is when they dig up proof of Trump team collusion with the Russians.
    Comey, and even the butt-kissing Nunes admit there are no sign of anything illegal. The Trump team was caught because they were talking with people being investigated.
    I know, it's hard for Trump Chumps to grasp.

    According to Nunes the communications from which those American citizens names were unmasked had no or very little intelligence value so they had no legal reason to do so

    So you admit there's no proof but you're still absolutely certain Trump colluded with the Russians. You actually want Trump to be guilty of that, dont you?

    That may be because there is no collusion or evidence of collusion, and unmasking/leaking is a serious crime which has actually been committed. But both need to be investigated.

    Really doesn't matter what proof anyone has that Obama is a criminal , Obama could shoot the whole Trump family on 5th Avenue and Democrats would be dancing in the streets . They don't care about anything but Trump not being president . Disgusting .

    It's no joke when the POS admits to peeping at underage girls at a pageant. Maybe it would be okay with you if it was your sister or daughter, but it would not be okay with me if it was mine. It's revolting!

    The presidents claim that he was wiretapped "is likely true", right there tells me with those three words, you already lost credibility with your opening sentence, that says "Obama has committed a felony". Putting those two claims together is proof that you are not telling the truth.

    The NSA is no good, based on what we have learned. Trump needs to clean house as it is full of anti-trump activists.
