Do we need a strong President?

In a time of need, of course, we do!

    There are only two choices:

You are either with us or you are with the terrorists,

Either you kill people in the country we specify, or you agree they should come here and kill us.

You may think this is a stupid thread, but it was exactly what the public and the rest of the World was offered by the President:

President George W. Bush, in an address to a joint session of Congress on 20 September 2001 said, "Every nation, in every region, now has a decision to make. Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists."

But it's 2022, so what do you think now?

It has been suggested that the 'choice' he wanted people to make would be to seize option 1 and allocate more money to the Defense Industry, make them a lot of money, and make the world a more dangerous place if necessary.

And there was a lot of grumbling about how much money Dick Chenney's company Haliburton was making.

But if you had been there in 2001, what could anyone have done?

Implied in the message is that people will die whatever you decide; the choice is whether in this country or another country.
Also expressed as: "if we don't fight them there, we will be fighting them here."

And at the time, G. W. Bush declared that we would not investigate who did the atrocity but focus only on going to war.
