Everyone on that show is committed to the State Religion. As proselytize by the New York Times:
For some strange reason, Tulsi Gabbard doesn't subscribe to this dogma:

    Obviously, she's working for Putin.

Some points Tulsi could've made to better make her case:

The US supports 73% of the world's dictators.

In Syria, the US and its Arab allies, as well as Turkey have been supporting jihadist groups in their efforts to overthrow the Assad regime.

An August 2012 Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) report predicted that out of the Syrian war could emerge “a declared or undeclared Salafist principality in Eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime…”

The author of the report assessed that “ISI [Islamic State in Iraq] could also declare an Islamic State through its union with other terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria, which will create grave danger in regards to unifying Iraq and the protection of its territory.”

The report further noted that “the Salafists, the Muslim Brotherhood, and AQI [al Qaeda in Iraq] are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria” and that “the West, Gulf countries, andTurkey support the opposition.”

Despite being fully aware of the likelyresults of a "rebel" victory - including the creation of a Salafist state and sectarian carnage - the coalition continued to back these groups.
    Moreover:
    BBC Producer Riam Dalati:
In Yemen, the US is participating in siege warfare.

And the best way to get a steady stream is to let them sort it out among themselves without our help and that goes everywhere in the world.

Management on forums have a strong bias in favor of more posters and more traffic. OTOH, some members might be tempted to irritate a newbie into breaking the rules. And shame on them for that. ;-)

Read the rules, keep your cool and you will forget there is a "staff" here.

Do you know that we showed Saudi Arabia that they had oil under their sand?

Yep, helped them dig it up also.

So technically that is our oil.

They were just lucky enough to be riding their camels by when we found it so we stupidly gave it to them.

No that is wrong, King Saud hired American and British mining engineers to look for oil.

No, in 1933 a group of AMERICAN geologists asked for permission to explore that country and got it from King Abdel Aziz. Nobody knew what was there.

They didn't really invite the Kingdom in until 1950 when it was discovered how much was actually there. They had a limited agreement with them prior to that but Standard and Texaco were taking most of the oil.

It wasn't until post war when the automobile industry took off that the Saudi's said...."whoa, hold on a sec".

    https://www.profolus.com/topics/history-of-saudi-arabia-oil-industry/

Beginning 1920s, American and British oil companies were aggressively looking for new oil fields in Africa and the Middle East. The prospect for oil in Saudi Arabia caught the attention of King Ibn Saud. He commissioned several American geologists including Karl Twitchell to survey terrains and identify specific areas where fossil fuels might be abundant. These early oil explorations marked the beginning of the history of Saudi Arabia oil industry.

No she isn't. If that were true the Dems would like her .. but they do not.

You running around spouting unsupported gibberish is not an argument for anything.

She is a social democrat. Establishment Dems don't like her because she opposes imperialism. Partisan NPC Dems don't like her because establishment Dems don't. These are the SJW's you see on Twitter.

There is nothing "anti economy" in the link , nor does she support free everything.

The idea that universal healthcare is only a "Left" platform a function of lack of understanding of what you are talking about. The KOCH Brothers are now for Universal Healthcare ... as is the "American Conservative" - hardly a bastion of left wing ideology.

The Conservative Case for Universal Healthcare
Why in five years, the American right will embrace socialized medicine.
    https://www.theamericanconservative.com/articles/the-conservative-case-for-universal-healthcare/

I think the free tuition thing is perhaps a bridge too far but, how is this not a far better use of money than on interventionalism ?

Last - she is not for banning all Guns.

On review of the facts - your post gets a big "Pants on Fire" rating.

Dem Establishment hypocrisy is nothing new (what - they are now professed neocons ? - not that they were not neocons previously - just that they liked to claim otherwise) . I like her for precisely the reasons the Establishment does not. If she was allowed to become the nominee - which she wont be - she would win IMO.

I believe the reason Trump one was due to the large and growing anti Establishment crowd. That crowd has gotten bigger since 2016 and Tulsi has serious anti Establishment street cred.

Tulsi has essentially the same programs as Bernie. She supports Medicare-For-All, importing cheaper prescription drugs from Canada, free college, raising taxes on the wealthy, reinstating Glass-Steagal, regulating Wall Street, a $15 minimum wage, and she opposes "Free Trade". She says she hasn't signed on to the Green New Deal because it doesn't go far enough and it has "vague language". It doesn't outlaw fracking. She has her own Green legislation.

Fracking is a dicey issue - especially depending on where you do it but, a total ban goes to far. I did find out that she has consistently voted against the Keystone Pipeline which is unfortunate. The Obama Keystone debacle was a total clown show and this is actually bad for the environment and the country. The problem with many of our politicians is that they go ahead and make decisions without having sufficient info.

So we will give you that one -- however that still leaves much of your post in the "Pants on Fire" box.

I am OK with a $15 min wage but there should be exceptions for some small businesses and especially for servers who make tips. All good with reinstating Glass-Steagal and regulating wall street.

Who doesn't oppose "Free Trade" these days - protectionism is all the rage these days - especially the Trump admin.

Fracking is a dicey issue - depending on where you are doing it - a total ban goes to far. I was disappointed to see that she consistently voted against the Keystone - this Obama era clown show was actually bad for the environment.... another example of politicians making decisions in areas they do not know enough about to be making those decisions.

He "Green" legislation also looks to go to far in relation to CO2 - and fails (as all nations are currently doing) to address some of biggest issues with regards to environmental issues on the planet.

She is for banning the 'assault weapon' which is just ridiculous since it is just a rifle that has scary looking parts and is used in a very minority of crimes.. Some people watch too much TV.

Fracking has made the US one of the major, if not THE major energy producing countries in the world. It puts us in a very good position worldwide. One of the major achievements of fracking is natural gas production which is one of the main drivers of reducing CO2 by replacing coal in power plants if that is really important to you. It is probably one of the major reasons the US CO2 production has leveled off instead of increasing like India and China, who now produces more CO2 than the US.

What Trump and many others have said, we need to use all of our energy sources while transitioning to more renewable energy sources which is the pragmatic view. Probably in 50 years or so renewable energy will be the majority of energy production but it will not happen in the AOC 10 year WWII New Green Deal type attack on the economy.
