I don't think this will help.
Most likely, an open confrontation (growing into a global nuclear conflict) between the United States (NATO) and Russia may begin as early as next year.
The idiots in the White House are very likely to bring the world into the apocalypse with their idiotic game of raising the stakes.
By the way, what do you think, which regions will be more favorable for living after a nuclear war?
Keep in mind that after a nuclear war, not only cities will be destroyed, but also supply chains. And also take into account the level of radiation and the presence of natural threats (for example, faults or volcanoes) that after a nuclear exchange can pose real threats.
Therefore, I think that regions with the presence of minerals, as well as the necessary quality of land for agriculture, will be an important element for relatively comfortable living and development.
And a prerequisite is the ability to protect yourself.

If all out nuclear war breaks out between Russia and the West, Russia will be left a smoking hole. You have wonder what's in Putin's mind that he would allow his cronies to go on Russian TV and even discuss starting one.

It's doubtful that a sparsely populated nation like the Russian Federation that's twice the size of the US will ever be a smoking hole. Even now there are underground cities and facilities hidden in the Urals - not to mention the protection of Moscow that goes back to the Soviet era. Besides that, most Russians have Dacha's with vegetable gardens and know how to survive even under the most adverse conditions. Do we?

So where is our protection? Last I read that only our nuclear silo's were protected. Besides, what would it gain Washington and the globalists since the only reason for the war is to grab Russia's wealth and resources for Klaus Shwab's and George Soros' future One World Corporate Controlled Economic and Political System - something Washington is willing to fight to the last Ukrainian.

As early as next year? You seemed to think it would be on come October not that long ago.

Anyway, helping Ukraine defeat your sorry asses is a real team effort. One fine example:

You give WAY too much credit where credit isn't due.
    1. The bulk of Russia's ICBMs are all liquid fueled, which is detectable from our satellites. They take 60-90 minutes to fuel.
    2. All of the US Minuteman missiles are solid rocket fueled and can be on the way in under 10 minutes
    3. All but 3 of Russia bombers are still propeller driven.
    4. Russia's military budget is around 84 billion where the US budget is 1.7 Trillion.

If Russia so much as flinches with a nuclear threat, the US and Allies would turn it into a very quiet place for the next 10,000 years, They wouldn't even be able to get a missile in the air as US based cruise missiles would take out everything being fueled on the pad.

So the US editing weapons so they can only be used defensively against Russia instead of offensively means they are trying to start war with Russia, that is the only aggressor in this situation?

    That’s fascinating

To answer your question of “which regions will be more favorable for living after a nuclear war” — probably most places besides Russia which will no longer exist.

And where are the morons, who told in this forum, that US planed to place rockets in Ukraine to attack Russia? Now it turns out, that US modifies rockets in the way, that it's not possible to attack Russia? Where is the logic here?

Both nations will be devastated, probably irreparably. We (US) would probably land way more 'hits' and obliterate anything of man-made value on the surface of Russia. We have more accurate weapons that are better maintained, and we have better defense screen so less of Russia's would even get through. But our society is also FAR more vulnerable. Our power grid is wholely unprepared for a nuclear war. Our govt has little if any food and necessities stashed away for the common folk, we have no public bunkers, no civil defense. Even if all the Russian nukes manage to miss our cities, the EMP inherent to nuclear detonations will still knock out vast regions of our power grid in a manner that we're not prepared to quickly repair. This will take with it our supply network. With no power and no food, our cities won't need nukes to destroy them, they'll destroy themselves with riots and starvation. Our govt is well prepared to continue operating in a post-nuclear scenario, but it will be doing so without any regard for the rest of us. Unless you live out in the boonies with large stocks of food and fuel, its unlikely you will survive the aftermath of a nuclear exchange with anyone.

Tho, its worth noting, a strong solar flare could do this to us as well. ~150 years ago we got hit with one that melted all the telegraph wires. It wasn't a huge deal because 150 years ago such a network wasn't essential to our civilization. Today it would be no less catastrophic than a nuclear war, for most of the same reasons.

Russia, in theory, does have a civil defense network in place for some of its citizens, and it has a smaller number and percentage of its populace that are completely dependent on the supply chain for their survival. They also have been building public bunkers and hardenning their power grid against EMP. Now, its likely, given the state of their military, that much of this effort will turn out to have been similarly plundered by corruption and not as wonderful as it appears on the surface, but its still better than what we have.

No such thing as 'not possible.' Only varying degrees of difficulty. The question is- how hard is it to reverse the modifications we made? Could require anything from a quick hack of the targeting software to an overhaul of the entire fuel system, depending on whether we actually want to prevent Ukraine from firing into Russia or whether we just want to be able have plausible deniability.

Why doesn't Putin save the world from the brink of apocalypse by pulling all Russian troops out of Ukraine? Seems like he can be a hero to the world by issuing one order.

I just simplified. It's just very strange, when US, as someone constantly writes here, want to deploy missiles in Ukraine to attack Russia, and when time has come, to deploy missiles, to attack Russia, US acting straight opposite.

The world is not on the brink of an apocalypse any more than the war in Syria .. North Korea and Iran .. and then we have Pakistan.

Russia doesn't have any troops in Ukraine no longer .. sfar as it is concerned.. annexed a swath along the black sea to Crimea .. bounded by the river to the South .. a natural border .. and the separtist region to the north.

The problem now is how to get Ukraine to stop attacking the former Ukraine territories .. Russia is now the defender in this war .. as soon as Nato stops supporting continuing this war the war will end.. and Vlad still gets to be the hero .. US/Nato the Zero .. So it is written .. So it shall be done <CS>

There is a bunch in every crowd .. and we are on our way after all .. just not over Ukraine.. same as it ever was ...scarce resources .. overpopulation .. limited time - in this two horse race to the abyss .. 1) warming/CO2 2) Ocean Pollution

My bet is Ocean Pollution .. looks to be running much quicker .. don't think it can withstand 25 more years .. like the last 25 -- Industrializing East Asia Experiment . CO2 increase from 22 to 36 Billion tons/yr . but Ocean Pollution .. got narn whales in the north .. pollution likes to concentrate up north .. these whales have concentrations of POP (persistent org pollutants) Mercury in this case at levels experts say is close to neurological impairment .. this not happening - ocean rise 10 feet in 100 years type of thing .. this happening right now. Dead zones gone from 100 to over 500 .. one the size of the state of New Jersy .. anoxic . fish coral marine life can't live ..

and God forbid there was a real supply chain disruption caused by some 1 in 500 year event .. darn good chance of having a major .. lose the sun for a year or two .. type of event .. or the real plague .. a real pandemic. a plague took out 50-60% of the population of alexandria around the 6th century AD .. same all over Europe .. now that is a "Pandemic" not going from what is normal 20 per 100,000 die of flue-pneumonia .. to 40 per 100,000 "Covid" back when it was at the height of lethality .. delta and prior.

That's no Pandemic .. thats a friggen joke .. double the average death rate .. targeting mostly the old who are ready to go .. many comorbidities ..

Doesn’t matter when you can rig old Soviet drones with explosives and fly them deep into Russia for hundreds of miles.

Russia is in a better position in the event of a nuclear war. There are no such vulnerabilities as Yellowstone, a lot of coastal cities, tectonic faults ... etc. in Russia (with the exception of the sparsely populated Kuriles and Kamchatka).
That is, it is enough for the Russians to launch a couple of missiles into Yellowstone and treat the coastal zone with "Poseidons" - and the end of the United States.
Russia is a sparsely populated territory located on two basalt plates. This will allow the Russians to wipe out the US while remaining relatively invulnerable. And of course the Russians are benefiting from their new hypersonic missiles, the Poseidons, and the new Satan missiles.

Why should he withdraw troops from Ukraine? Ukraine is the original Russian lands. And Ukraine is just the beginning. Russians always return their lands. (ask Bismarck) Therefore, the next stage is the Baltic countries, Finland and Poland. After that - Alaska, California and New York.
There was no need to expand NATO and incite a coup d'état in Ukraine so as not to provoke the Russians.
Now it is impossible to stop the events.
There is one option - Poland, Finland, the Baltic countries are voluntarily part of Russia and the United States cedes Alaska and California. (New York remains under US control). In this case, I think something can be discussed.

I think most people would be helpful in such a crisis, not rioting. It would be a huge rubber-meets-the-road moment, and most Americans are great people when it comes down to it.

Ukraine has never belonged to Russia. It's also anachronistic, since Kyiv is older than Moscow and what we think of as Russia was Kievan Rus' governed by Kyiv. The Russian language is an artificially constructed imperial language of wider communication. Russia is a bastard child of older Slavic nations and cultures.

Because you were predicting apocalypse and trying to blame it on everyone else except the madman in charge of Russia.

What you are saying now is Russia gaining lands are worth the risk it total apocalypse. Not liberating people from Nazis but simple expansionism. Why doesn't Putin come right out and tell the world his terms just like you just did. Return Poland, Finland, Alaska, California and the Baltic countries to Russia voluntarily. Putin will gracious allow the US to keep control of the New York. That way we do not have to dance around all of this NAZI and NATO expansion lies. Russia just simply wants more land. PERIOD.

Does it matter to you at all that none of those people in those countries and states want to be part of Russia. How many people in California do you think want to be controlled by Putin? Think about all of the LGBTQ people in California, do you think they would want the US to voluntarily cede that state to Russia where they would be criminals. Only a crazy individual could imagine a world where Californians or Alaskans would voluntarily live under Russian rule or that a US president would ever cede those states to Russia. You think only after Putin gets all of this something can be discussed... Again and you think Putin is the rational one and it would be Biden's fault if there is an apocalypse because he would not voluntarily give up 2 states and support the handing over of other sovereign nations.

Dude, I think you better stop taking whatever meds they have you on.

Ahahaha .... Novgorod is older than Kyiv, Ladoga is older than Kyiv ... the capital of Russia was known in these cities. Learn history. :roflol::roflol::roflol:

It is important that in Russia they know that Ukraine, Poland, Finland, all the republics of the former USSR, as well as Alaska and California, are primordially Russian lands. And the Russians will return them. It's unavoidable. This is Axiom.

In Russia (unlike the United States, where the largest number of prisoners in the world) freedom. And if Californian gays, pedophiles, lesbians and zoophiles do not want to be in Russia, then no one will stop them. They are free to travel outside of Russian California. Moreover, I am sure that the Russians will help them to leave on a priority basis.

Ahhh.... So the solution is to kick families out of their home that have been theirs for hundreds of years and what move in ancestral Russians when none exist. You honestly see this as a reasonable solution?
