The entire region has been put in flames by a war that is ultimately wagellid by neocons and Israelis against the last obstacle on their path to total hegemony in the region. Syria was torn apart by these forces working to take out Assad because of his alliance with Iran. And, today, Syria is being bombarded daily to remove "Iran" from Syria. Similarly, in Iraq, the same dynamics have seen the US/Israel ally themselves with anyone (including the most deranged jihadist types as long as they promise not to hit at the US/Israel much) to fight "Iran" in Iraq. And that is ultimately the fight in Yemen. In each of these, just because the issue has been simplified in the minds of those who are waging these fights as one against "Iran", it doesn't mean that what they call will always (or even often) have much to do with Iran. These simplistic divisions are only telling if you want to describe the foreign policy of the collection of states gathered to fight "Iran". They are ridiculous and ignorant if the issue is to understand what is actually going on any of these societies. When will this all end? I guess only when Iran is made to submit. Or when the war against Iran truly ends. Until one or the other happens, we will be witnessing different venues, and different wars, and maybe one day against Iran itself (if it has been weakened enough). All of them ultimately as criminal and deranged as the other. The people whose lives have been shattered, left homeless, maimed or grieving the loss of loved ones, and those who have died and are now buried in some grave, all statistics. Their numbers in each of these conflicts simply too high for any group of people anywhere who have the slightest humanity in them, and who haven't been totally brainwashed in believing in the lies that have been told, to be able to ignore. Yet, in reality, it is ignored. More people in the West are shocked by individual, politicized, and ultimately propaganda lies intended to incite their hatreds, than the true stories that could be told of millions of people in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and elsewhere, suffering because of these policies.
When Iran stops funding people who are bombing the worlds oil supply, that is when it will likely end. I love you Iranians talking tough! Makes it so much more obvious that completely destroying your economy is the right way to go.
