Solovyov constantly invites critics of the actions of all branches of government in Russia. Including Putin.
Solovyov and his guests are especially fierce in their criticism of the Russian Ministry of Defense and officials at all levels.
And I wonder who the author of the tweet is? Is it a journalist? If it is a journalist, in which case it becomes clear why American presidents have called the Western media fake news.

well...not really your just getting confused by messaging - the article you referenced is from a Charity not a think tank and obviously charities survive on donations so they need to get their message out to garner more donations...if they simply said "hey, no problem here" then the charity would just disappear. So its their interest to push a narrative to obtain donations....not that difficult really. Your issue was confusing the fact that it was charity not a "think tank" maybe? Don't forget also, "think tanks" likewise push an agenda that suits their narrative as well.

Are you talking about the Western media using unverified information? What you are saying is that the Western media themselves do not lie, but they are happy to spread the lies of others. That is, any publication can write a lie (for example, as they do with respect to Russia all the time), as they often point out - "according to an anonymous source".

I have seen this broadcast. And Shakhnazarov (that's the Russian film director. He's in the picture) talked about how today Russia is not at war with Ukraine, but with the entire NATO bloc. So the Russians should not think that victory (over the NATO bloc) will come easily. Therefore, one must be prepared for a serious confrontation that has not yet begun in earnest. That is why today Russia uses only 10% of its military potential.
Agree that the reality is quite different than it is shown by the unknown author of the tweet.
In general, spreading lies about Russia is a classic of Western propaganda.

I can't say anything about Kadyrov. I haven't heard that he has established any state medals.
In Russia only the president can approve state medals and decorations with the parliament's consent. The head of a region, which is Kadyrov, does not have the right to establish state awards.
