But I distinctly remember a parliamentary government statement to the effect that only one person was killed - some bloke on a motorbike - to wit . . .

"The Ministry of Defence had steadfastly refused to accept it caused any civilian casualties, until Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson admitted last month that a UK drone strike had killed an innocent motorcyclist during an attack in eastern Syria in March 2018."

"The charity claims the RAF carried out 215 strikes during the coalition operation, which began a year ago tomorrow."

Like it's possible to launch 215 back-to-back airstrikes against populated targets and not effing kill anyone. Who are these ****s who presume to govern us? And as a secondary issue - does it not amount to 'making a misleading statement to the House'? And what about the illegality of the attack in the first place? The Western world is out of control.
