I am really divided on it. On a side, pornography can have a really bad effect on underage people, and I think it's great that they can't access to it. On another side, letting the left winged state having a wider controle on your life and sexuality isn't really a good thing. Globally, I would call good riddance however.

I think it's highly unlikely a child who is small enough that they shouldn't be watching porn would buy a new computer just to be able to watch it, and even then, if the parents really cared, they might notice their child had a mysterious extra computer. As for mobile phones, those could be made to already have a block on them unless the customer contacts their company and asks them to unblock it. The company would also send a notification to the account payer's phone that it had been unblocked.
