Given how career politicians have been running things lately, seems to me electing literally anyone/anything else is a smart try.

Russia does initiate. It initated in Georgia, it initiated in Ukraine, it initiated in Syria, and it initiated in attacking our electoral process in 2016. None of this was in any way "defensive." What an absurd notion that is.

You need to educate yourself. Obama created the Syrian war, not Russia. Russia came in to help (do most) clean up the terrorists. Obama supported the coup in Ukraine in 2014 that led to Crimea voting to secede, which they did, and then voting to become part of Russia, which they did. Absolutely ZERO difference between Crimea and Kosovo, which the US recognizes (probably because we built an army base there). So the Muslims in Kosovo have more rights than the Russians in Crimea?

Georgia is no different then what is going on now in Eastern Ukraine, as two former states (oblasts) of Ukraine have declared independence (as a result of the western-backed 2014 coup (thanks obama))....the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic.

South Ossetia and Abkhazia declared independence from Georgia and Georgia acted the same way as Ukraine acted. So Russia sharing a border gave aid to ethnic Russian people. South Ossetia and Abkhazia are neither part of Russia nor Georgia, it is what it is. And the same thing is happening in eastern Ukraine.



U.S. taxpayers are on the hook for $1Billion in aid to Ukraine post 2014...for the purpose of building new infrastructure/power lines, etc. in eastern Ukraine. Do you know what Kiev (now Kyiv post 2014 as this is the Ukrainian spelling, 'Kiev' is Russian) did? They cut off power to the Luhansk and Donetsk states and stuck that damn money right in their pockets! You can't even travel from Ukraine to Luhansk and Donetsk because there is an armed border. It's easier to fly into Rostov, Russia and drive into those areas from Russia! So what did Russia do? They turned on the gas and electricity to these areas because Kiev tried to starve and freeze them out. Guess who wins? Russia. Not because they want these areas to become part of Russia, but because they are supporting those people's god-given rights of free will and their right to pursuit of happiness and independence.....something we used to support.....but not when Russia supports it, because Russia BAD, like Orange Man BAD.

Hell while we're at it, let's talk about Transnistria. They've been independent since 1992! Yet even google won't even show them on a map.....at least they show South Ossetia and Abkhazia.....well at least the disputed border line. If you think it's a fake republic because the United Nations says it isn't or google says it isn't, go right ahead and proceed to the border checkpoint and find out for yourself....just like the other places.

And don't even start blaming Hillary's loss on Russia. We have fooled around in their politics way more than them messing with ours. The fat arrogant entitled drunk just got beat, fair and square.

 

Without Russia, we wouldn't have beat Hitler. Just a fact. Russia was our ally in WW1 and WW2. But our liberal media, for decades now, especially when communism was the big boogie man.....brainwashed everyone into believing Russia was our worst enemy. They used communism as a reason to start the Vietnam and Korean wars. And Russia was the king of communism at the time. But communism, just like it's brother socialism, eventually fails over time.

But the simple-minded are still brainwashed. Whatever CNN says is gospel. Lest we forget just 10 short years ago Hillary and Obama conjured up the 'reset' button with Russia. But when Hillary needed a boogie man to help beat Trump, she resorted to Russia again.

I'm glad I got a visa and went there. In some ways, it is more American than we are today. What they've done with capitalism since 1992 is nothing short of remarkable. It's kinda like the 1970's and 1980's was here.....not a bunch of panty waists and PC bullshit....combined with market opportunities out the wazzooo.

If you gave an average Russian the choice between a progressive democrat and a republican, they're voting R all day. They know communism/socialism and they've had enough.

And yes, the Democrats have really screwed **** up with Russia just for political gain. They're quite pathetic. Created a new cold war to try to win an election.

 

Transnistria doesn't exist on a map....it's a fake creation....the so called rooski "peacekeepers" are basically active servicemen. The region is kinda of a drug pit/money laundering entity. It should be rejoined with Moldova (Bessarabia) and returned to Romania, it's rightful owner.

Where's the leaders of the so called Abkhazia/SOss regions....last I read one of them was wanted by Interpol for racketeering and kiddie porn trafficking? Any guesses?

Каса Співоче Поле Park, near the Monument to the Motherland. The three vehicles you see in the middle of the google map are supposedly seized Russian vehicles. There are signs detailing the 'proof' standing in front of each of them. I recall one of them was relying on a certain kind of tire or something like that as proof, and some other obscure things as parts numbers....but not the vehicle as a whole because both Ukraine and Russia have some of the same vehicles.

If you've got dead Russian soldiers, I'm sure they'd be happy to add them to their display. It seemed to me the whole display was grasping for straws. But you're the expert with a phone and I was standing in front of the vehicles reading the plaques.

I didn't say anything about refugees. And no, once again you spew your propaganda. Ukrainians...by the millions...are working in Poland (and other countries) because the Ukraine economy flat out sucks. That has nothing to do with Russia.

Ukraine created its own problems when they ousted a democratically elected president via a coup. That led to Crimea leaving by referendum and Donetsk and Luhansk declaring independence....since the new coup government went very anti-russian. Kiev wanted to ban the Russian language and the ethnic Russians gave them the middle finger....as could be expected.

 

Their problems were long before dipstick Yanukovych was booted out....and has plenty to do with Moskva since some of these corrupt oligarchs in Ukraine are/were Russian, or strong Russki ties.

Uh yeah...lots of Ukies work outside Ukraine. Probably just as many Russki.....London grad alone probably has 600K alone....and growing, let alone Berlin , Paris, Rome, former WP....and here in the US/Canada where the rooski women come here 6 mos in the bag looking to have their anchor babies.
