According to existing information, a group of prosecutors from the Office of the Prosecutor General continues to hide the truth about the events of February 2014 while being engaged in a criminal conspiracy and receiving financial benefits from affiliated persons. That group is covering up the real culprits of the tragedy – purposefully sabotaging the investigation of crimes against law enforcement officers and actually falsifying the criminal case files on the shooting of protesters on Maidan.

That group of prosecutors, which still communicates informally with the former authorities and executes their illegal orders, continues to act in the Office of the Attorney General.

Alexey Donskoi, Denis Ivanov, Yanis Simonov, Alexander Derkatch, Andrey Neskorodyanyi and others – those are the prosecutors that have been “investigating” the Maidan criminal cases under personal control of the ex- Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko. Nowadays they supervise the investigation of Maidan cases by the State Bureau of Investigations, to where they automatically transferred from the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine due to the pressure on the country leaders and the Parliament exerted by public organizations and the relatives of those who died on Maidan. They distract the public attention away from suspicions against themselves by cynically playing on these people’s grief.

It is these prosecutors who carry out the task to prosecute the obviously innocent, thereby concealing the crimes of the real culprits.

The representatives of this group are actively cooperating with governmental organization “Law Advisory Group” funded by George Soros’ “International Renaissance Foundation”, and they are directly funded themselves by this Foundation, and that was publicly confirmed even by ex- Prosecutor General Ruslan Ryaboshapka. From that follows a reasonable conclusion that as a “gratitude” for financial support, the group of prosecutors is not only disclosing secret investigation data to the “Law Advisory Group”, but also actually coordinates with them the different routes of that so-called “investigation”. Could an unbiased supervision over the State Bureau of Investigations on the cases of Maidan exist in that situation?

That group stepped up after Donald Trump campaign former advisor Michael R. Caputo, who is now the assistant secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services for public affairs, released a sensational movie “The Ukraine Hoax: Impeachment, Biden Cash, and Mass Murder” in the US. Ivan Bubenchik, Vladimir and Zinoviy Parasyuk (who are not even afraid to openly acknowledge they had shot law enforcement officers), Sergey Pashinskii and others – those people are still not responsible for their actions. Moreover, their involvement in organizing and performing the shootings is not investigated properly.
