Kind of amusing to hear her talk about the ashes being "spread out in the hills into nature". That nurse was likely just telling the woman what she thought she wanted to hear. In reality her fetus would likely be going to a large industrial incineration facility, along with all sorts of other medical waste, with the ashes tossed like common garbage.
You could hear it in the tone of her voice. She didn't really know, she was just trying to make the woman feel more at ease about the whole thing. I'm pretty sure they're just treated like common medical waste most of the time. The clinics don't keep track of what happens to the ash after the garbage is sent off for incineration at a medical waste facility. It's not like a crematorium where normal human cadavers are sent. Everything is all burned together in a giant oven. Today it might be fetuses, yesterday it could have been roadkill.
Maybe you can tell us what actions (Not words) you have taken that puts you in a position to criticize others. Some care while others only seek the appearance of caring.
