The official commentery of the Red Cross, and Article 2 of the convention shows otherwise.

The Rod Cross has a crucial part of the creation of the Fourth Geneva Convention, and therefore needs to be taken seriously regarding the Fourth Geneva Convention.

If according to you history is laughable, and thus something that doesnt need to be taken seriously, then it is not my problem.

The commentary says that article 49 is derived from the Tokyo Draft.
That means that the Tokyo Draft is the source of article 49.
The Red Cross asked questions about this to experts.
And experts than made this text of article 49

It does not say the Red Cross disagrees with article 49 at all.

Article 49 says you may not transfer your civilians on occupied territory.
Israel does that. It is coordinated and supported by the ministry of defense.

The UN, the USCG and the ICJ say this applies to Israel and the settlements.
You have not sourced that the Red Cross disagrees.

Even if you could prove the Red Cross disagrees. It does not matter. The UN, the USCG and the ICJ are just more important. And you can not prove the Red Cross disagrees, because they agree. In fact.

You have not sourced how many left.
    I have. Its 5%

Jews and Israel are responsible for the rest
A full 100% have the right to go home.
It is protected by the UN Charter.
    Jews thieved their properties.
    They must leave.

So what. Only 5% left because Arab leaders.
Others left due to imminent danger.
    This does not contradict.

They are all allowed to go home according to the UN Charter.
    Israel violates it.
